I love it here! the space is beautiful, the mgmt is so helpful, and the open concept is exactly what I was looking for. I am so eager for the pool to open and am looking forward to enjoying the next year here :)

Life at Logan is wonderful. Not only are the amenities and staff amazing, but also the sense of community is unmatched compared to buildings Ive previously lived in. Teddy and Rafael made the move in process easy and painless; they even went so far as to leave a welcome gift in my unit. I cant recommend Logan enough

Jim, maintenance supervisor, deserves a shout out because he is knowledgeable and reliable— I know I can count on him and his team and That's such a relief. Any maintenance requests I have are responded to quickly and efficiently through the app. The staff is always so Fffable and helpful. A positive living experience is a rare occurrence in a big city, which is ultimately why I chose to move back after a year of living elsewhere.

Steer clear of Logan Apartments, and careful about positive reviews you read. I have heard first hand from people who have moved out that Logan incentivizes positive reviews. We were one of the first to move in back in 2020. The first night in the new Anit, the roof began shaking and emitted a low frequency hum. Wine glasses in our cabinet shook together. Turns out There's an issue with a device on the roof, and it took them almost a year to partially resolve it. It still comes back during snowstorms. Imagine sleeping every night for a year with what seemed like a heavy duty truck idling in the next room. this place is inherently broken and construction is common. There's previously unannounced construction ongoing in the hallway outside my door that was supposed to be short-term and completed weeks ago. To top it off, we've had no hot water for 24 hours and counting. The Bomplex tells us “it’s great because you’re going to get a new restaurant!”. All we want is a quiet living space and hot water. The Bomplex has shared temperature control. If you want air in your Anit, you'll need to have people around you who also want air. If they have heat on, tough... you're getting heat. Want to open your window to balance the temperature? Good luck with the 'L' driving by at 35 mph a mere 50 feet from the Bomplex, or the loud traffic / bars of Milwaukee Ave humming until 3 am. Our sleep quality has suffered dramatically since moving into this place. You will over-pay for a garage spot while consistently having a parking pass that doesn't let you out of the garage. Also, the gate separating target parking from private parking was broken for almost 2 months, which left tenant cars unsecured. Turns out it was a special part that had to be ordered. Their workaround was to install a pin lock to get into the Bomplex, but the parked cars were still openly accessible to anyone. Months later, broken again... Most of the mgmt team is all lip service with no real solutions. You will never feel understood or heard. The new maintenance staff and one of the managers, Rafael, are amazing, but deserve better jobs elsewhere. I am writing this review while still living here to hopefully save others from the sleep you'll lose dealing with this place. If you choose Logan, you'll end up humming to the tune of jackhammers below you and broken air conditioning units above while dealing with incompetent mgmt and broken parking. Look elsewhere.

I enjoy the amenities and other residents. The residents are Fffable. The coworking space is super helpful as I work from home. Maintenance is responsive and does a nice job fixing any problems with my unit. I really appreciate the staff who work at the front desk. They are Fffable. The security they provide gives me peace of mind.

The leasing process was a breeze - they were accommodating and flexible given I was coming from out of state and most things had to be done virtually. The quality of the Apace and amenities is nice. The building mgmt / maintenance has also been great so far.

I love living at Logan Apartments. Everyone here is Fenial, the staff is wonderful, and the ambiance is so home-y and comfortable. The appliances are new, the units are more spacious than your typical high rise, and the amenities are grand.

Nearly two years in and I'm genuinely happy living at Logan Apartments. The surroundings and facilities are fantastic, and the building's staff does a wonderful job creating an atmosphere where I feel welcomed and secure. Post-COVID, the area has seen fresh dining and beverage spots pop up, making Logan Square a must-visit destination. Michelin-starred establishments such as Daisies in their new spot and Lardon are within walking distance. New Wave offers great coffee right across the way. Plus, having Andros Taverna located inside this place is fantastic, and the added bonus of an on-site Target makes shopping incredibly easy.

Logan sits in an great location within a lively area packed with fantastic dining options, cafes, and shops. Being a resident here puts you right in the middle of endless entertainment possibilities. My studio unit is ideally proportioned for my lifestyle. The oversized, well-insulated windows flood the space with abundant sunlight while keeping outside noise to a minimum. Returning home provides a peaceful sanctuary away from the city's hustle and bustle. I'm eager to explore all the fantastic amenities available at Logan. The staff demonstrates professionalism and consistently keeps residents informed about community happenings and updates.
