Overall it's a great community. Amazing location and our apartment is beautiful! We are right across the street from Lincoln Park and are within very short walking distance to everything we need. Would highly recommend.

Poor. Noisy apartments A whole year of roof work, elevator work, loud noises while we're all wfh. And poor noise insulation in bedroom, can hear neighbors, lack of privacy where it matters most. Noisy alleys

The community is well maintained, cleaned daily, and nice. The location is second to none and the apartments are updated and in good condition. As a property management company, Reside conducts its affairs in a professional and transparent manner.

We say to each other and to others on a daily basis how much we love our apartment at Park Fullerton! We first moved into a 1BR last year and loved it so much that when we found out we were expecting our first child, we transferred to a 2BR so we could stay at the community. Not only are the apartments huge and full of historic charm, but the location is fantastic. We have beautiful park views and absolutely love the easy access to everything Lincoln Park has to offer. And the staff and is fantastic - Reside manages their communities exceptionally well and hires great people to do so.

Everyone is friendly and the staff is helpful. It is also very dog friendly. I would definitely recommend this building to another person. The location is also great, and our building has lots of partnerships with local restaurants and activities.

I am a current resident and have been very pleased with my experience with Reside until a recent incident with the building management. Due to a leak in the building, a maintenance worker needed to enter my unit. I was not notified of the incident and only knew that my unit was entered because of my Ring security system. Upon calling the building management, I was told that Reside has no obligation to let me know when maintenance has entered my unit and it "is not their protocol" to leave a note notifying me that someone was in my apartment. This incident has made me question my safety at Park Fullerton and I am incredibly disappointed with how management responded to my concerns.

So far, I have had a great experience at Park Fullerton. I love the location of the building- close to the park, lake, and lots of bus stops nearby to help me get to work. The apartment building is old, but all of the interiors are newly updated. A very nice community- a good mix of young and older couples. Efficient and responsive maintenance staff.

Park Fullerton by reside is situated at the tip of Lincoln Park. The neighborhood is bustling, relatively safe and accessible to all the beauty of the lake and the park. Groceries and drugstores are very accessible.

Reside offers a great community with nice amenities and features. There are lots of events you can take part in and nice common spaces. The apartment is pet friendly and spacious. The cost is perhaps a bit high, however

The location is fantastic. The apartment finishes are up-to-date and classy. Maintenance and office staff are relatively easy to get a hold of and will fix your problem swiftly. The building is very old, though, so no central air, elevator is sketchy, doesn't have that 'fresh' feeling of a newer building.
