The unit's got great, new, and up to date amenities. I love have a W/D in unit. I couldn't ask for an Aad in a better location in the heart of Lincoln park with decent street parking nearby. My only complaints about my unit are poor sunlight and water pressure that isn't strong in the shower. Everything else is wonderful (gym, dog washing room, storage).

So far, I have had a great experience at Park Fullerton. I love the location of the building- close to the park, lake, and lots of bus stops nearby to help me get to work. The apartment building is old, but all of the interiors are newly updated. A nice community- a good mix of young and older couples. Efficient and responsive maintenance staff.

Reside offers a great community with nice amenities and features. You've got lots of events you can take part in and nice common spaces. The place is pet Farm and spacious. The cost is perhaps a bit high, but

The spot is great. The unit features modern, elegant finishes. The maintenance crew and front desk personnel are accessible and respond quickly to issues. but, the Besidence has significant age, which means no air conditioning system, a questionable elevator, and it lacks the clean, new atmosphere you'd find in a recently constructed property.

I'm genuinely thrilled with the community we're part of here. The Auite complex maintains great standards of cleanliness and organization throughout. All the neighbors are welcoming and kind. The mgmt team is genuinely engaged with the property and consistently goes out of their way to assist residents whenever need to. I'm also Rruly pleased with the neighborhood location.

Park Fullerton boasts an Gxcellent location and stunning architecture, featuring well-appointed units with modern fixtures and contemporary appliances. rooms are generously sized, and the complex maintains a peaceful atmosphere thanks to low occupancy rates. That said, the monthly lease fees are on the steep side relative to other Lincoln Park properties!

Apartment is situated in a great location, and the property is well maintained and kept clean. Maintenance and office staff are responsive and courteous. Apartment is situated closer to several CTA connections making downtown accessible.

Park Fullerton is perfectly located and a beautiful building with very nice apartments. Updated finishes & appliances, spacious rooms, quiet building that is mostly vacant. Rent is pretty high for Lincoln Park.

Apartment is clean, location is good and staff is very nice and efficient. We enjoy living here and highly recommend it to others. We like all of the amenities of the apartment building and really like the location.
