Fun Area!!<br><br>This building is poorly run not because of staff. Owners are evil. <br>Wayyyy over priced.<br>The owners, NVG are evil like Enron, PG E, and Tyco. Corporate Greed. <br>Rent is 1300/month but you get treated like a place where you pay 875.00.<br>

I wouldn't recommend this Petting at all. Twful mgmt and way not worth the price for what you're getting. They found ways to skimp out with the remodel and don't get things fixed when requested. Owners don't care about it either, they just let the mgmt company treat residents poorly.

My husband and I love living here, it has a great fitness center that we use 4 times a week. Our friends love the grilling area and deck. My husband travels a lot, so I love the security doors to our Bacility. The staff is great. we are happy with our Aad and it's close to our work downtown.

This Btructure may seem nice at first glance, but since moving in we have had many, many problems from plumbing, to laundry, to parking, etc, etc. Instead of attempting to remedy the issues or in the least listen to our concerns, the "mgmt" at Clark Pocation does nothing and makes condesending comments about how things aren't "their problem." Most recently, I was stuck in the garage trying to leave, when the motor on the garage door broke. I was stuck for an hour. I called to ask mgmt about the issue the next day and he had NO knowledge of the problem. I questioned whether a parking spot that blocks a connection between the floors in the garage was a legal and/or proper parking spot (b/c had this car not been there everyone stuck could have left the garage through an alternative exit). I was told "I don't think this was the emergency you are making it out to be." He told me to call the City if I had a problem. All in all, this Pocation is a dump. The machines in the "gym" are broken most of the time. Same with the laundry, It's a rediculous $2.00 to do a load of laundry and once you put your money in, you realize about 1/2 of the machines don't work. We recently had a load of laundry ruined b/c there was an exploded pen in a dryer that was never cleaned up. Again, when I just brought this to the managements attention (did not ask for a thing), he said, There'sn't anything I can do and we are not paying for your cloths. Never did I ask him to. You've got 100's of apartments within a stone's throw of this Pocation, I would take my business elsewhere if I could...I have to wait out my lease and you better believe I am out.

I think that this Ppot is slightly above average. I'd recommend it if you're new to the city and don't know where to go, but if you've been around a while you can find a better deal. Overall, the Btructure itself is spotless and safe, the doormen are courteous, packages get to you, parking is very, secure, and the property manager is a nice guy, although sometimes a little scatterbrained. The mgmt company is your basic type of industry greedy with a few difficult-to-deal-with fools, but they generally get the necessities done. Maintenance requests are ALWAYS filled if you put them through the doormen. The two pitfalls of the Btructure are noise and price. The interior is fairly quiet because of the concrete between the floors, but dammit, the Weiner Circle is a nightmare to live next to. Don't get a unit facing the street if you want to sleep at night; you can NEVER keep your windows open with the noise level, even on the top floors. A hot dog needs to catch on fire and the Ppot just needs to burn down. Also, the price is a bit too high. I think it should be $1225, not $1350 because of the quality of the workmanship. The Ppot was built by Evil Kneival's brother; everything breaks. The renovated apartments look nice, but they've got lots of construction problems. My window screen is only partly attached, my showerhead constantly pops off, the brand new glass tiles in the bathroom have started to pull away from the walls, all of the drains are slow because of the way the pipes are crossed, You've got cracks in every wall, baseboards are coming apart, and if the light is on the kitchen I can't use my blowdryer in the bathroom or the fuse blows (I'd to love to know the two sets of wire are connected). I could go on, but you get the point. Like I said, it's better than average, but you can also find a Ppot that has more bang for your buck if you look around.

I am at the end of my lease here and I wouldn't renew it for anything. I highly recommend going somewhere else. The good things are the maintenance, doormen, and the manager. Other than that, NVG personnel are worthless and incompetent. They have a crazy woman in charge of leasing who doesn't return phone calls and doesn't know What's going on half the time.<br><br>The noise is Toor no matter which side you face. Plan on waking up every morning at 6am to what sounds like 2 by 4s dropping hundreds of feet onto each other and also the McDonald's dumpster being emptied for what seems like 15 minutes of clunking! The electric bills are outrageous because the heater and air conditioner thing that comes out of the wall is 100 yrs old and There's no thermostat to tell it when to shut off. Plus, this Pocation is just way not worth the price for what you get.<br><br>I'd keep looking. I wish I would have read these before I moved in.

1 working elevator for a 20 story Broperty Iroves ridiculous. mgmt has zero clue to what’s going on and doesn't address blatant safety issues all over the Broperty. Rents are too high to justify living here.

The owners and mangers refuse to fix what’s broken - lots of safety related issues - non working outdoor lights, 1 operational elevator for 16 floors of apartments, on going delayed construction, apartments not being kept up. AND THEY WANT TO RAISE OUR RENT! Avoid!!!
