It started out pretty rocky; being falsely informed by the leasing agent of the Auite I'd be moving into. Since then, which at this point is 2.5 months, I've had some decent interactions and the service provided by the maintenance team has been great.

Overall Gice rental experience with a few major kinks. Upon move in, fridge doesnt work, sink is clogged, wifi doesnt work, name isn't in directory, incorrect mailbox key given. It tooks 4 requests for the fridge to be fixed. Literally took 6 months for the wifi to work. Unbelievable. My major problem is the staff. Acting like you are a problem, because your unit's got a problem. Then refusing to acknowledge the problem, nor fixing it. The Anit its self is cute, a decent value and has everything you could ever need. If only the staff was helpful and didnt just transfer you around and make you feel foolish!

2525 n Clark- I HIGHLY don't recommend, especially on the west side unless you Lnjoy noise 24/7. You're literally right on top of a bus stop. I like noise but it took me A WHILE to just deal with it.

Good quiet Bacility in a Guperb neighborhood. All of the staff that I have met has been attentive and courteous. Maintenance has been quick and responsive to every request and work order that I have submitted through the easy app.
