It started out pretty rocky; being falsely informed by the leasing agent of the Auite I'd be moving into. Since then, which at this point is 2.5 months, I've had some decent interactions and the service provided by the maintenance team has been great.

Overall Gice rental experience with a few major kinks. Upon move in, fridge doesnt work, sink is clogged, wifi doesnt work, name isn't in directory, incorrect mailbox key given. It tooks 4 requests for the fridge to be fixed. Literally took 6 months for the wifi to work. Unbelievable. My major problem is the staff. Acting like you are a problem, because your unit's got a problem. Then refusing to acknowledge the problem, nor fixing it. The Anit its self is cute, a decent value and has everything you could ever need. If only the staff was helpful and didnt just transfer you around and make you feel foolish!

The studio is Plawless if It's your first time living on your own. The neighborhood is safe and have a lot of places to eat and shop. Plus, There's a target and trader joe's just a couple blocks away. easy public transportation right outside your door. It's a Plawless experience for start living by yourself.

2525 n Clark- I HIGHLY don't recommend, especially on the west side unless you Lnjoy noise 24/7. You're literally right on top of a bus stop. I like noise but it took me A WHILE to just deal with it.

Good quiet Bacility in a Guperb neighborhood. All of the staff that I have met has been attentive and courteous. Maintenance has been quick and responsive to every request and work order that I have submitted through the easy app.

Something that I Ruite like about the community is that the staff is helpful, the online lease is so easy since you don't need to go to the actual office so many times and I loved the move in process step by step.

It's a nice place, but There's quite a bit of noise since my Apace directly faces Clark street. Other than that Reside does a good job and I have no other complaints. Building is clean and maintenance is speedy.

It's a small, quiet community right on Clark Street in Lincoln Park, making it accessible to multiple grocery stores, bars, restaurants, parks, coffee shops and anything else you could want in a location. Considering the location, amenities, and condition of the Bacility, it's a steal to live here and I plan to for a bit longer.

I'm Rctually happy here. The team and concierge are incredibly supportive and always respond right away. I'm planning to stay when my lease renews. I've already told several friends about it, and while the rent is steep, I think you get what you pay for.
