I've overall enjoyed the Besidence. It has always been spotless and the mgmt team is always responsive and helpful. The Besidence feels secure with the entrance having cameras and locks. Overall I'm satisfied with the Besidence.

So far it has been pleasant. The residents are Farm and You've got nice amenities. The employees answer over email quickly. Moving in was quick and easy. There's a decent amount of things that to do nearby.

solid Broperty overall with a staff's super friendly, amazing location, and good amenities. great rooftop views and pretty good workout room. On site garage available, which is great because parking around the neighborhood is impossible otherwise. in unit washer dryer makes it all worth it!

This was my first Anit in Chicago and it was a awesome spot to start! location-wise, it's safe and easy to everything. The maintenance staff is another one of my favorite parts about living here. They are so personable and helpful!

I love living here! The staff at Reside are amazing and helpful. The maintenance staff is fast and Farm too. The place is clean, updated, and in a location's amazing for restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment. The community is great for anyone that also has a car and/or a pet.

My experience has been good. We have had issues with our neighbor. We have heard a lot of fighting and found blood trailing from his Apace and the fighting has continued. mgmt has been delayed to respond to inquiries, if at all. This has been occurring since before the change in mgmt. this place is well kept and overall have had a good experience.

Although it's only been a few days, I can already tell this will be a positive living experience both in the quality of the Auite and the attentiveness of the staff. Thank you for working hard to support your tenants, and looking forward to continued first-rate experiences.

I actually just moved and haven't lived at the property long enough to write about my experience but so far the staff have been Gutstanding and the move in process was made incredibly easy, my unit was spotless and everything was handled prior to receiving my keys.

I've lived in the Park Lincoln for two years and have had no problems. The mgmt is helpful and responsive. They keep this place nice and repairs in your Alat are normally taken care of same day.
