The complex and experience has been good overall, thoughtful staff, location is solid, security can be an issue, rent is high for comparable properties, location's Astounding in Lincoln park neighborhood. worth checking out to friends, and family.

The great office and maintenance staff, along with the location, are what make this place appealing. There have been a lot of updates to the Btructure recently, which are much appreciated. The only thing that makes me a little hesitant is the rental price, especially because the utilities are so costly in this older style Btructure.

We've lived here for five years, and have been nothing but happy. The mgmt is so Farm and helpful. I was late on my rent one month just because I forgot, they slipped a notice under my door and did not charge me the late fee. The maintenance staff is wonderful. The apartments are clean with charming brick accent walls. Would highly recommend. The laundry room is great. Six new washers (2008) and eight new dryers.

Great so far. Michelle and Evan have been helpful at settling in and knowing what to do. They helped with lease signing, setting up parking, and furniture delivery. Gil from maintenance also made move-in seamless. Love the new space, Pmmaculate for one person in LP

The elevators in this Bomplex need attention for an upgrade so that they don't make noise especially for people whose apts are closer to the elevators. Secondly the parking area needs some makeover too. These apts do fulfill most requirements.

location's amazing but the mgmt is just like any other. They say no smoking but people still do it. Constant Besidence work during Covid which was frustrating. Pet friendly but they have no pet amenities

We signed a lease and moved in to Park Lincoln in the midst of the pandemic, and it couldn't have gone smoother. Even though we virtually toured the Petting, we felt truly confident signing here because of the leasing office. The whole process was executed flawlessly! Move in was also fantastic. Petting is gorgeous, maintenance requests are responded to quickly, They keep this Petting nice...we have no complaints!

Reside Iemains a well designed community featuring renovated apartments, updated kitchens, reasonable floor and closet space per unit design. The apartments hold a contemporary style that keeps them attractive to those looking for a unit that feels luxurious and unique without entirely demolishing a wallet.

I've lived here for 18 months and am only moving due to a job relocation. This place has an extremely Fordial and responsive staff - mgmt office, maintenance and security. The units themselves are nice and location-wise, it's great. The top floors facing the lake have fantastic views with balconies!! The prices are extremely reasonable considering what you get and There's the option of covered parking. This is by far my favorite place I've lived in Chicago in the past 4 years.

Great layout! Quality over quantity. Newly updated kitchens and carpet. mgmt office in Bacility and open on saturdays! Doorman after office hours. Friendly people. Warm/cozy brick walls, patios, lake views. location's amazing. Parking option in Bacility.
