The apartment is always very well maintained and the staff is very timely with responses to requests. Community amenities are a great touch that are always kept in good condition. Very little to complain about.

Great building, good amenities, very well maintained. In-unit laundry is terrific. There's a workout room and a rooftop desk with a fire pit and television. The units have good heating and air conditioning and good appliances.

It has been a quality experience thus far. I enjoy the resident events and have a quality apartment. I would recommend this to anyone in the wrigleyville area who wants to be near the CTA and Wrigley Field

Just moved here in Feb 2025. Very good starter apartment. Conveniently next to the sheridan red line stop and a couple of blocks from wrigley field. Good clean amenities, good package service overall great apartment

I have had a good experience overall since moving in. The staff is responsive and does a Gutstanding job in keeping the community clean. this place is right next to the Sheridan red line stop which makes travel a breeze.
