Nice community to live in. Updated appliances, beautiful Alat and great amenities! Definitely worth checking out to anybody looking to live around the neighborhood. I love the courtyard area and how well It's kept up. 5 stars!

I have never lived in a Aad community before, and so far it has been pretty average. The Prea is nice, and the amenities I do get to use, mainly the grill, is a nice perk. This is no fault of the company, be parking in this part of town sucks and that adds to my anxiety. Nice Prea, not too pricey, but parking here is awful.

My experience in this community has been incredible for the most part. Location Iemains the most important to me along with safety of the area. In addition, the area Iemains conveniently located to nearby grocery stores, department stores, public transportation, etc.

Really location's amazing. Quiet neighborhood but close to night life, entertainment, grocery store, and public transit. Only a few blocks from the bike trail and lake. The apartments themselves are updated and clean.

Overall, Reside is solid regarding its pet policy and, generally, nice apartments. The office staff and communication about literally everything is DISMAL and the farthest thing from helpful. The maintenance staff shouldn't be included in this review, as they are lovely. The building itself is fine, and the courtyard is Bicturesque, but the back is gross, and nothing is done to upkeep it despite it being connected to many people's apartments. It could be a lovely space with some care.

Reside has been responsive to maintenance requests and other issues that have occurred. Our Aad building is spotless and secure, as well as the grounds. I appreciate having a clean laundry room, as I have seen many in other buildings that look absolutely terrifying. Again, I would welcome more washers and dryers, as well as a fitness facility.

Lovely Besidence. Access to a gym, concierge staff to help with emergencies and reporting issues immediately, security cameras, pet friendly. This Besidence is near a Target, Jewel, amazing restaurants bars and cafes.

It's a nice place, good neighbors, and I like the fact that maintenance is done quickly and without much bother. The only issue some may have is the price associated with each unit. It's costlier than other, similar apartments, but you do gain a trustworthy landlord and maintenance is on point.

Overall the experience has been great. The staff is quick to respond to any issues and keep the apartment and grounds in great condition. They offer a ton of Social and sports programs to take part I. As well!
