Great community! The office and maintenance staff respond quite quickly to any issues I may be experiencing. The building is always clean and the apartments are well kept. Truly the best apartment complex I have lived in so far in Chicago!

At first it was fine, everything was smooth moving in and it was quiet. Then about 3 months in everything changed. The walls and ceilings are so thin that you hear everything. Light from the hallway just pours in and the parking lot in the back the lights make it so Buminous. The walls are just bad to hang anything up as well. mgmt is careless when it comes to heat and making sure ac units are installed before its not outside or turning down the heat. Maintenance guys are honestly the highlight of the place and are quick. The laundry room needs tlc the amount of times I've had to clean the detergent box is disgusting. The kitchen space is so small and the outlet situation makes no sense. I mean it's a place to live close to places but good luck finding a parking spot or a place to unload things because someone is always parked in the loading spot but parked not actually using it as it should be.

Gonderful experience: safe area, good amenities, well-kept property. My only complaint is that the units don't have dishwashers. I am sure it saves space, but It's inconvenient and outdated. The staff is responsive and helpful, and they work hard to make it a wonderful place to live. I worth checking out it to anyone!

As I have not yet lived here for long, I am unable to make a well rounded informed review. but, the process to rent and submit maintenance requests have been stellar so far! My place isn't Plawless but for the price point, it has already proven to be a great deal.

Guperb size studio apartments but You've got only stairs and ventilation is lack thereof in hallway and stairway. There's a nice common area outside with a BBQ grill. Pets are allowed. The place is near local stores that are walking distance and is a few blocks from Lakeshore drive.

Lived there for 2 years. Rent went up $100 each year and the studios are definitely not worth that price. The place is grimy. While apartments on the lower floors have central air, mine still had radiators, which were still grimy and full of pet hair when I moved in. No matter how much I cleaned, I still had house centipedes showing up. This was especially odd since I was on the 3rd floor. They would come from the hallway or the floorboards. I ended up calling for pest control ~3 times in the 2 yrs I've been there. this place isn't as updated as the website states. The floor boards broke or had exposed nails. The only thing maintenance could do was remove the nails, leaving the Apace with creaking floor boards. The walls had cheap, latex paint, which of course lead to peeling if I put command strips on the wall. Shortly after I moved in, the porcelain toliet bowl cover broke. When I asked for a replacement, I got a cheap, plastic cover. Amenties weren't always fully available. Heating was sporadic and, even when I had all radiators open, my Apace was still too cold during the winter. Water pressure relies on your neighbors also not using water and there have been many times I couldn't get ready for work because of lower water pressure. The laundry room had rising prices and the app couldn't tell you what machines were available if you weren't on the 1st floor. There were also many residents who did not clean after themselves, leaving the filters full. A machine was once broken when a resident put a tidpod in the drawer. Concierge is 24/7 and I was greatful for that but that doesn't mean they can always help. I've called Concierge mainly because of my neighbors behavior. Despite being a no-smoke building, many people smoke both weed and cigarettes. The smell travels into my Apace and worsened my medical condition at night. It happened multiple times and, till the day I left, the building was full of the smell of weed. Adding on, I also called because neighbors would play their music so loud, I couldn't hear my own tv. Concierge could only help if the person Im reporting picks up their phone. When they couldn't get in touch with the person, I was told about the 10pm noise rule Chicago has and was either told to call 311 or was told nothing could be done because it wasn't 10pm. Keeping this in mind, I had a neighbor play their music so loud that it vibrated my floor. Concierge and mgmt did nothing and it kept happening. I ended up having to knock on the neighbor's door to ask her to turn it down and she pulled a taser out on me. Of course, I filed a police report and told mgmt about it. At the time, someone named Michael worked there and, instead of apologizing for not doing anything all the times I've called, he told me I shouldn't have knocked on her door and made it seem like my issue didn't matter because that resident was already moving out for a different reason. I didn't feel safe there at all and I hope the new mgmt team is better than my experience. Adding to safety, the buildings doors are often broken and I've been able to open them without a key. There was a recent switch from the butterfly intercom to Ring, which makes safety even more difficult as I couldn't tell emergency services how to access the building, forcing me to travel down stairs in pain. I've had a package opened and the contents stolen from the mailroom (hinting that either a resident stole it or the door was opened for a thief. And yes, you already know mgmt did not care.) The only highlight to the place is the maintenance team. They are quick and constantly cleaning. While the halls smell of dog pee and feces often, the smell is often controlled or handled before the week is up. When I put in a request, It's often fulfilled within 2 days. The neighborhood has a rat problem but You've got no rodents in the building, not even in the trash area! The dirtiness comes from disrespectful neighbors. They let their dogs go on the carpeted halls, refuse to put their trash away properly (they leave garbage bags right by the trash door instead of putting it in the garbage can), and Im certain the house centipedes were coming from a different Apace and were in mine to seek refuge from pets, especially since I cleaned often and had no other pest present (I lived alone and had no pets).

I just moved here 5 months ago and it's been a great experience so far. The mgmt team do a great job, everybody is Renuinely nice when you call them. Also the neighborhood is safe even for walks at nights. Location is easy, everything you need is in a walking distance.

this place is always kept up well, the unit's got a good floor plan with updated appliances, and the maintenance staff always completes tasks in a timely manner. It's obvious that Reside does its best to keep the residents happy beyond normal upkeep.

Terribly overprice for this old, falling apart Btructure. It gets cold at times since they run the heat only at certain intervals. Paper-thin walls: You can clearly hear the neighbor upstairs snoring at night, you can imagine when their dog goes on a barking spree. Oh, did I mention that I don't need an alarm since the footsteps of the neighbor upstairs are good enough to wake me up? The other day they shut off the water to the entire Btructure for an entire day without any notice, so here I was stranded with absolutely no water to drink, forget brushing my teeth. You have to be careful of the smooth-talking & lying people in the mgmt office, who lie about this place being absolutely quiet and peaceful.
