Jen, MaryLynn, Ashley, and Noelle are the best office staff to work with and so are maintenance guys. I've never had better customer service at any other Alat. Seriously you guys, you should move here immediately. The Taco Burrito House is literally across the street!!!

I've had a great experience with Reside living and the community on Irving Park. this place is always spotless and secure, I always feel safe in and around our courtyard and parking lot. I love that the community has recycling as That's something I really value. The few times I have had to call maitenance they have been really responsive and any "emergencies" (power to the fridge, etc.) got resolved within 20-30 minutes. It's really comforting to know that the team here has things taken care of when I need them. The Anit itself is modern and spacious. We have hardwood floors in most rooms and beautiful dark cabinets and granite countertops - it feels like a luxury kitchen. I am so in love with the space and quality of our Anit. I also really love the Reside Athletics programs. Free yoga and meditation classes are a HUGE bonus to living here, and they're always with really good legit instructors. That program alone makes living here worth it.

It's been okay. There have been a lot of issues in my Apace since I moved in, including rats, a broken air conditioner, the closet door being off track, water pump repeatedly overflowing (There's hardwood under the linoleum in my furnace room which will most likely begin to rot and mold, causing another huge issue), stopped up drain for which that maintenance guy told me he would be there in a couple of day. Standing water is dangerous and a cesspool for bacteria.

Overall, we have had a positive experience. The community is kept clean. My only complaint is more related to our neighbors. It's an older Broperty, which lends to noise traveling. but, our neighbors have been excessively loud for months with little effort made by mgmt to resolve the issue. Again, otherwise satisfied with the community and amenities available to us. Maintenance is responsive and shared spaces are cleaned frequently.

Overall I have really enjoyed living at a Reside Anit. I love the Athletic services offered, and It's really nice knowing you are part of a community. The maintenance staff replies to requests promptly which makes it easy to get anything taken care of around our Anit. The only drawback is the noise from the streets and our neighbors. We hear music blasting all day on the weekends from our one neighbor and the sirens from the ambulances on the street is distracting. We think the windows need to be replaced to drown out the noise.

We had a miscommunication upon move-in, but the staff bent over backwards to fix every issue we had -- turning what could have been a frustrating move into a Novely experience that makes me feel confident any future questions or concerns I might have will be met with professionalism and generosity. A friend who lived in another reside property across the street told me that their maintenance staff was prompt and actually effective, so I'm looking forward to this change of pace.

Never have I lived in an Auite where the mgmt company genuinely cared about its tenants. From the maintenance staff to the office girls, every Reside employee has been an absolute pleasure.

The office & maintenance staff are fantastic. In my last Broperty, maintenance would do the bare minimum & didn't keep up the property, but Reside staff are friendly, prompt & do the whole job - and then follow up to make sure you don't have any further issues.

We really like it here. The property is always clean, and the staff in the office and the maintenance team are Fospitable and responsive. You've got a lot of community events planned and run by the staff. We can't make all of them but when we can, It's clear that a lot of thought and effort have been put into the events.
