Reside at Irving Park is a beautiful home conveniently located on the Northside, close to the lake, making for very pleasant life! I like the historical architecture with the contemporary touches and the close proximity to so many dining, outdoor and entertainment opportunities.

We enjoy the apartment and area. When we have contacted them for issues they have been quick to respond. First us the location is perfect because we can easily walk to Wrigley Field, the Sheridan Redline station and the lakefront.

Reside is a corporate entity that does not care about your living situation, they will not actually fix any problems and will continue to increase rent. The time spent with reside has been one of the least enjoyable places we have lived in our 10 years in chicago.

Really interesting that this building was a hotel in the 1920s. Very excited that the unit has 2 balconies, a dishwasher and central air. Great neighbors with the management office right across the street. Good neighborhood near CTA, lake front path and lake shore drive. Pet friendly building

Overall, we have had a positive experience. The community is kept clean. My only complaint is more related to our neighbors. It is an older building, which lends to noise traveling. However, our neighbors have been excessively noisy for months with little effort made by management to resolve the issue. Again, otherwise very satisfied with the community and amenities available to us. Maintenance is very responsive and shared spaces are cleaned frequently.

We had a miscommunication upon move-in, but the staff bent over backwards to fix every issue we had -- turning what could have been a frustrating move into a nice experience that makes me feel confident any future questions or concerns I might have will be met with professionalism and generosity. A friend who lived in another reside property across the street told me that their maintenance staff was very prompt and actually effective, so I'm looking forward to this change of pace.

Reside has been nothing short of a great experience! From the start, staff was fantastic. The apartment, location, and amenities are what sold it for us. We're planning on staying here for many more years to come!

I've had a great experience with Reside living and the community on Irving Park. The building is always clean and secure, I always feel safe in and around our courtyard and parking lot. I love that the community has recycling as that is something I really value. The few times I have had to call maitenance they have been really responsive and any "emergencies" (power to the fridge, etc.) got resolved within 20-30 minutes. It's really comforting to know that the team here has things taken care of when I need them. The apartment itself is very modern and spacious. We have hardwood floors in most rooms and beautiful dark cabinets and granite countertops - it feels like a luxury kitchen. I am so in love with the space and quality of our apartment. I also really love the Reside Athletics programs. Free yoga and meditation classes are a HUGE bonus to living here, and they're always with really good professional instructors. That program alone makes living here worth it.

Nice apartment if you're looking for something vintage but updated. I appreciate that it's more of an adult community so I don't have to worry about too much noise or late night activities. There are also nice ammenities like a small gym or laundry tracking.

The office & maintenance staff are fantastic. In my last building, maintenance would do the bare minimum & didn't keep up the property, but Reside staff are friendly, prompt & do the whole job - and then follow up to make sure you don't have any further issues.
