Several apartments on our floor as well as a few other floors in the building have become infested with bedbugs. This is due to the increasing numbers of international students from India and Africa moving in and bringing bedbugs with them. The exterminators came to my apartment twice, but that didn't solved the problem. I ended up having to throw out my sofa and mattress and this whole ordeal has been very upsetting. If you decide to move here, make sure you have them add a clause to your lease stating that if there is a bedbug infestation on your floor, they will reimburse you for any of your furniture and belongings that have to be thrown out.
