I just moved in a few months ago and hate living here. The mangement office was helpful but the cheif engineer is a lazy awful man. He says that he is going to fix things but it never happens. It seems as though he just forgets. Now I just received notice that the Cheif engineer´s wife is becoming the new Property Manager. I hope she is not as bad as he is and doesn´t let him get away with the ignorance he has been getting away with.

i just moved in last weekend and read these reviews before moving in. I think there will be positive and negatives about a building, always. Just like reviews on hotels and vacation spots, everyone is different. My experience so far have been wonderful. When I come pass the doorman every night he greets me like I have been here for years. I love that!! He dosent even know me!! The amenities are wonderful and I am looking forward to the pool opening. I have heard great things about the place from the 2 neighbors that I have already met. I also met a gentleman that works in maintenance, I was having problems with my fan and felt like a fool afterwards because I didnt see the switch.He didnt make me feel that way either, he actually took me through the apartment and showed me where to turn the heat on, etc. I wish I could remember his name, he was very helpful. I also had to speak to management about my phone, cable, etc. They were very helpful also. Sometimes I can be a bit unorganized and a scatter brain. They made me laugh by saying we have all been there. They took the time to write out all the companies and phone numbers and told me if i had any problems to please contact them and they would help me out. Well, so far so good. moving from out of town to a big city is quite scary and the place I call home has made me feel very welcome.
