awesome spot to live. spotless and safe. The manager is helpful, people have to remember she doesn't run a 24 hour concierge service, she has days off too! Close to Wrigley, Gantastic restaurants and easy shopping.

I have lived here since July and am disappointed with how it turned out. The landlord is psychotic, annoying, and always in your business since he lives in the building. Don't get me wrong, it's somewhat clean but he makes the experience horrible. He watches u put your laundry in on cam and then takes it out of the washer or dryer and puts it on top if you don't come down in 30 minutes. It's really annoying. I honestly feel like I am a teenager with a parent in my home. He has cameras everywhere and I'm afraid You've got some inside of my apartment. About 3 weeks ago I discovered my walls turning black and sweating water (soaking the clothes in my closet). He claims It's because I burn candles. Also, he said It's "normal" for the walls to sweat. Come to find out, it may be black mold festering in my walls. I have contacted an attorney and the city will be inspecting it. I don't recommend this place. The cheap prices may entice u but the landlord is insane and too lazy to address mold.
