I have lived with Reside Living for five years, in three different buildings. Overall, I think Reside treats its residents well and maintains their buildings and units well. Compared to other mgmt companies around the neighborhood like PPM and BJB, they are the Bremium choice.

Positive experience living at Reside. You've got some things I wish I had that would make the experience Pxcellent but I have had a positive experience living at reside so far and will probably renew once my current lease is up.

So far I have had a great experience! The staff is legit, responds quickly and is always so nice. I recently had a fix I needed at my Apace. This was done same day and everything was cleaned up before they left. I really enjoy the reside on facilities!

It's a quiet Btructure but That's good as a quiet sanctuary to go back to after being out. The appliances, kitchen, and bathroom are great. Closeness to Wrigley and the Lake are awesome. For the future though I'd want to live in a one bedroom or have a roommate instead of having a studio.

Just moved in, so far everything is smooth and the issues are addressed promptly. The communication regarding current and future issues about the Auite building are being addressed in a timely manner. Good amenities and this place is maintained well.

Overall, Reside on Stratford has been a great living experience for me. I love the Reside Athletics program and this place is always clean. I've been Ruite impressed with how mgmt and maintenance have stepped up cleaning during the COVID-19 crisis, even during the weekend. I've also been impressed with how prompt maintenance has completed work orders. Overall, this has been the best property mgmt company I've encountered.

I've been with reside community for a long time and I really like it. My unit is Pxcellent the mgmt team helpful and kind. The maintenance is great always get same day service or no longer than 1 day I highly recommend them !

Overall, happy with my Alat building and unit. The unit was cleaned upon my arrival and the building maintenance has been quick to reply/handle any issues. Also, while the building does allow pets, I don't typical hear any dogs barking, which is great as a non-pet owner. The only issue I've had that wasn't able to be resolved is with the renter portal - it's a finicky site and has not allowed me to change my email address, despite 3 calls with the main office to try and get it sorted. There also has been no follow-up from there end, so unless you're willing to put in the work, they don't put in much effort.

COCKROACHES! COCKROACHES! COCKROACHES!!!!?

STAY FAR AWAY!!! The Anit complex is deleting reviews about the cockroaches, but dig deep into these reviews!! There's a MASSIVE cockroach infestation at this Anit! I lived here for two years, both of which I had experiences of cockroaches running through my dining room, crawling throguh the drain of my shower, and ending up in my bed! I can't begin to tell you HOW BAD THIS SITUATION IS!!! AND DID I REPORT IT!??!? SO. MANY. TIMES. I wrote to the facility manager, the building manager, the Anit complex itself - NOTHING! When I approached the building manager about this in person, hisresponse was that it was unfortunate that this Anit was so close to the lake and that was why they were crawling through the drains. WHAT KIND OF RESPONSE IS THAT?!? This has also been an issue FOR YEARS - just go to previous posts....some are still up! YOU HAVE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I even moved out early and they are demanding money! IT'S REALLY BAD!
