Great apartment! The apartment I saw from Planned Properly Management were a head and shoulders above the rest. Very clean and well taken care of. rd definitely recommend PPM to anyone. Since moving in a few m onths ago I am continuously pleased by their service and attention. Our building manager is excellent. I've never had the pleasure of living in a building with on-site maintenance and it is a wonderful perk. I only had a tiny issue and he was there immediately to fix it. I loved the layout of my unit because it was spacious and open. I am very pleased with the way my apartment looks now that I'm all moved in. I enjoy the huge windows which looks out to a row of trees. The perfect place to relax after a busy day at work. Speaking of work, I am now only a short bus ride away from the office. There is such great public transportation close by that I can get anywhere in minutes. So easy! Good restaurants, multiple grocery stores, a movie theater, all within walking distance. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and full of great things to do. Love living so close to Lake Michigan. Make me feel like a real Chicagoan!

I moved in recently and am quite pleased with the properly so far. The common areas are always kept clean and in nice condition. The lobby is quite nice, the laundry room spotless, and hallways kept free of debris. This care helps make the place really feel like a high end apartment building in a nice part of town, which it is! I've only had to call on maintenance once and the issue was resolved quickly and without any problem. Madn, the building engineer, was pleasant and easy to deal Wth. The size of my studio is really nice. I even have a separate area for my dining room. The kitchen also has a nice amount of counter space. It definitely seems bigger than a normal studio kitchen. There's also a nice breakfast bar. These features help make the whole apartment feel roomy and each spot is given enough breathing room. I really like that! Wonderful location. I really love living on Barry Avenue. The street consists of apartment buildings like this one and really beautiful houses. There are lots of trees and it is much quieter than the close by Broadway. Broadway has everything on need, including a great coffee spot about two blocks away.
