You couldn't ask for a better location. Between Broadway, Clark and Diversy, everything is within foot's reach. The mgmt is friendly and the maintenance guy for this place is wonderful. 1920s Bomplex has great character and has been maintained and kept clean. Built by president FDR's mother's family. Parking is available under the Bomplex and out front for a fee ~150-200/mo. You won't need a car unless you commute to work though. Walk to the bus or train.

After moving into my Apace in August of this year, I could not be more please with this building and its mgmt. The exterior and interior of the building are both incredibly charming. The Reside staff is always friendly and helpful! also, the maintenance man has been with the building for years, and he is just a wonderful asset. The location of the building could not be better, walking distance to every kind of food imaginable, as well as grocery stores, drug stores, and banks. I would highly recommend this building to a friend!

I reside in the 520 building and ever since I moved in, there have been constant renovations with zero advance warning, disruptive noise throughout the day and night, even on weekends. We've experienced multiple full days with no water while they repaired plumbing without any prior notification. The building directory in this otherwise modern-looking property frequently malfunctions and displays wrong contact information. No matter how many times I speak with the mgmt staff about addressing these issues or requesting warnings about renovation noise, debris, or water shutoffs, nothing changes. Our dog walks through raw sewage in the parking lot on a daily basis. The noise has triggered our dog's anxiety and caused health problems, worsened by the sewage exposure. Workers and residents constantly leave the front entrance unlocked, and I was assaulted just a block from the building—yet mgmt takes absolutely no action. The mgmt team is rarely present, despite having an office merely 3 blocks away and an onsite maintenance worker on staff for unclear reasons. The elevators are perpetually unreliable and have trapped me inside countless times, so I've stopped using them altogether. We pay premium rates for a storage unit the size of a small cage, which gets repeatedly blocked by construction debris and building materials, or becomes flooded. I've been given multiple false promises by mgmt that never materialize. The hired contractors are unprofessional and create excessive noise, but the mgmt office simply makes excuses and deflects blame within their team. We're paying top dollar for a cramped unit with absolutely no service quality, safety, quiet, or accountability. don't move here. I can't wait to leave.

I moved in to Reside on Wellington in June from out of state and the staff could not have been more helpful. After I put in my deposit, I had to go back to Ohio before moving in 3 weeks. I had forgotten to take measurements (which made it hard to buy furniture) so Laura at Reside took the time to go to my unit and take the measurements. She even drew a little floor plan because my unit is different than the others! I chose my Apace in Wellington out of dozens I looked at because it was the only one that stood out. I love the unique floor plans and the recently renovated apartments are really nice. I haven't had any major maintenance problems, but even the minor things have been fixed quickly and efficiently. I ended up in this neighborhood on the recommendation of a friend, but it's honestly great. So close to restaurants, shops, etc. and Bobtail Ice Cream is right on the corner! great Bacility, great staff. Highly recommended!

Not sure where to start, but here it goes. 11 years ago I moved to 510 Wellington, and I can tell you that I am in love with my Apartment Home. Each apartment has jaw dropping finishes, from coffered ceilings, most with original wood floors, impressive plaster moldings and some even have Fireplaces. Truly a Diamond in the ruff! The management team goes above and beyond, and takes care of any issues that may occur diligently. The Building Engineer Hugo is with out a doubt above and beyond, issues are always taken care of in a very timely manner and fixed the first time around. He is the nicest guy and works his arse off! The Building is Quiet, clean, with great amenities, however no in-unit W/D. I love this place and I am very grateful to live here. CHECK it out, you won't be disappointed..

The staff are absolutely pleasant and extremely welcoming. They also provided great communication! They were so fast when it came to responding to my emails and they jumped to action any time I submitted a maintenance request!

I've been renting at Reside on Wellington for approximately three years. I've had pleasant interactions with office staff whenever I've needed to reach out. My building engineer is A+, and Hugo is prompt, friendly, and professional while always doing a great job.

The location is terrific, near shopping, gyms, restaurants and public transportation. The lake and its trails are only a few blocks away. Rent is reasonable, and maintenance issues are dealt with promptly.

The apartment community is great, maintenance and service very timely and responsive and effective. Overall is a clean space and has decent amenities. Would definitely recommend this space to a friend, the only downside for me was not having central air/heating, parking or in-unit laundry, which albeit is difficult to find in Chicago anyways.

Gorgeous vintage building with lots of charm and great upkeep. My studio may be tiny, but the high ceilings and big windows make it feel so much bigger. Biggest plus is honestly the neighborhood?close to public transit, groceries, clothing stores, and the lake. Really happy with this experience over all?I've lived in horrible college rental place before and my god is the professionalism of this company and beautiful upkeep a breath of fresh air
