Good, the people when in hall can be loud as well as dog barking and running up and down the hall are the only problem we have. The office and the front desk are always very helpful and responds promptly

Office staff and front desk staff is good. Maintenance staff is good however the maintenance supervisor Dennis has a the absolute worst. Also they need improvements to the dog park and they need to lower the rent. I have been here about 6 moths and there has been two shootings that I am aware of in that small time frame. Montrose is not in the best neighborhood

I have just moved into this building, but from the start I have been welcomed with smiling faces. Doug at the desk was so helpful from day 1, and I can't say enough nice things. The apartment building is clean and well-kept and I love my new home.

This building is terrible!!!! Other than location and front desk it has nothing to offer. I moved in June last year and I will NOT renew my lease! Nina is a piss poor excuse of a manager. She never follows up, she never, keeps her word, and she continues to give false promises. Myself and others were ACCUSED of having a pet when I DID NOT and tried to charge me for it! It came out that she sent maintenance in everyone's apartment to see if they have pets. HOW ABOUT ASK?! BE HONEST WITH YOUR RESIDENTS AND JUST MAYBE THEY WILL BE HONEST WITH YOU! I'll never recommend anyone stay here and if this is what the company leadership is like I'm staying away from all of their properties
