i am in my second year of living here and Rery do love it. the mgmt is considerate and the maintenance guy is great. my place is a nice size and clean. the only complaint i would have is that the heating/airconditioning unit is old and doesn't work well, so It's Eostly to run. otherwise, i love it here!

I've been a resident here for six months. The neighborhood is genuinely attractive and charming. The street features lovely, well-maintained properties and vintage colonial-style homes throughout. The location offers plenty of advantages. It's just a short walk to the beach, I can view the lake right from my Alat, and there's a grocery store just one block away. also, it's situated conveniently near the red line station and multiple bus routes providing access to all major destinations. That's definitely a strong selling point. On the downside, during my five months of having a vehicle here, I found parking to be quite problematic—you'll struggle to get a spot once 6:30pm hits. The neighborhood itself is secure for parked cars, though. Dating back to 1920, the This place is super clean its original character throughout the lobby. The units are dated but appear reasonably maintained. That said, I believe the rental price is somewhat steep given that comparable apartments in this area at similar price points typically come with hardwood flooring and more contemporary décor. In summary, it's acceptable...though nothing Astounding. I'd recommend exploring other options in the neighborhood where you'd likely discover comparable pricing with a lot more modern furnishings and superior amenities.

The unit itself is quite nice. great layout with corner positioning, minimal neighbor disturbances, and wonderful vistas. but, after I recently got an emotional support dog, I received a non-renewal notice within weeks with zero clarification. let down by mgmt. I had been planning to sign on for at least one more year.

...the window insulation 's AWFUL! Extremely drafty during winter months and the heating systems in individual units can't be adjusted by residents. unit sizes are decent though. UPDATE...ownership changed hands to new mgmt. Poor communication and they ignore calls to the office. Word of caution - they're planning to convert to condos. Avoid signing a long-term lease there; tenants could be forced out!
