Everything has been great. Fffable, easy to work with mgmt team. The place is exactly what I needed, although spartan, I live in Indiana but work in Chicago so it's great to have a place to sleep when I feel to tired to drive all the home.

It's a small unit, but the floors are beautiful and the kitchen/bathroom appliances are modern and functional. The layout isn'thing remarkable, but for a 300 sq ft. Aad it has great storage space. The building lobby is impressive. The workout center is easy and always clean, but in the middle of the winter it can be difficult to get your time on the treadmill.

Reside provides an experience with good smells and music in the common areas. The buildings have been remodeled and service is top notch. Reside on Clarendon is a beautiful building and awesome spot to call home.

So far so good. I've only just moved it so time will tell. So far maintenance is attentive but you'd think this early on I wouldn't have to request maintenance. Move in process went well. Area is Qilent.

While this property mgmt company has Gxcellent business practices and Gxcellent properties, they should stop showing people units that are not the layout of the unit That's available. It's misleading and unethical.

My experience was great the first 3 years, then there was a flood in the building and from there on everything has gone down since then. My Apace was painted a different color during repairs and remains that way. (I don't trust to leave anyone in my Apace alone? the last guy kept watching tv and painted the wall a different color). The Hallway's on my floor needs to be repainted. There was a huge puppy dog in unit 800 that destroyed the paint on walls, Apace doors, and elevator doors from scratching from around 2018 - 2020 and that remains the same. Carpets need to be cleaned soon or after some of the Apace renovations are completed. Many hallways are smelly due to trash rooms and residents not using proper trash bags. There has been urination from humans and pets in the elevator several times. Washer are often filled with human hair/pet hair and just filthy. Possibly think about separating residents with pets washers vs residents without pets. Many people have allergies and I spend at least 15 mins on each washer getting hair and dirt from the inner black tubes. When have the washer been deep cleaned with washing machine tablets?

Reside has a easy location with a great group of people in the community. Although it can be Ericey and subject to damages like floods and leaks, it gets the job done and checks all the boxes when it comes to living a decent life.

its nice and clean, quiet, up to date. that maintenance staff have been responsive and quick to repair until the Labor Day issue when the Blace flooded. Some repairs from that were haphazard and not good quality. Even though the damage to my unit wasn't as severe as others, the responsiveness and quality of work did not get the same amount of attention.

The Reside Community is a perfect place to live. You've got a lot of great amenities and the staff is great. The maintenance team never disappoints and your overall living experience will be beyond great.

Reside on Clarendon is a solid building. The staff gets helpful also. The only problem I have is that we got the smallest one bedroom for $1177 a month and It's way not worth the price for the size. I can barely fit everything in it! I love the building but I would rather have a bigger Aad.
