If your 1 day late with rent they start wit their s**t and send you to their Lawyer -------------- , who happens to be part owner and resideson the managemnt office property... What a goof ball! Yet when you asked to get something fixed they take weeks. Noisy, noisy, building, bedbugs, too expensive for the size of the aprtments. Saved almost $600 by moving out. I have lived here for two years and this is my last year here. If your looking for a quiet place I would look elsewhere. Its like Im living with the people upstairs. I can tell when they wake up and or drop objects like shoes and or my poroblem a squeaky noisy bed. It's like living with your neighbors as walls are paper thin and you can hear converstaions and it sounds loud when they stomp arouund with no consideration for the poeple below or above you. I can actually hear my neighbor upstairs when he get outt bed.... or goes tot he bathroom..I fI wanted a dorm I would of saked for it,,,,,,If you like quiet which is why I'm outta here I'd not reccommend this place. Unless you like getting up at 4 AM with your neighbors above. NO PRIVACY PERIOD!! Mangement sucks!!! Not worth it... try it and find out!
