I liked the Btructure when I saw it online, but after moving in i didn't feel i am getting the experience that was sold to me. I feel a lot of my issues haven't been dealt with in a legit manner, nor were the big issues really ever addressed.

Halsted Flats is the worst ?luxury? Anit community I have ever lived in. There's no accountability from mgmt on issues that they should address. Whenever an issue arises, whether it be with parking or a faulty appliance, fingers are pointed in every which way and nothing is ever fixed. mgmt often blatantly ignores issues and complaints and maintenance doesn't fix anything that will cost money. I strongly encourage everyone I know NOT to move into this building.

Overall it's a nice place to live. Eostly for the space. The walls are pretty soundproof, but doors are not. Would be nice to have been more technically advanced for being a brand new building. Front desk staff is amazing and maintainence

disappointed to have moved in such expensive Alat that lacks of advertised amenities and where mgmt's work quality is poor. They try to milk your wallet as much as they can but fail to do their duties as advertised. Stay Away from this place!

Fantastic property in a location's amazing. Close enough to Wrigley to enjoy all the action and excitement, but far enough away from the chaos of game days. Walking distance to all the boystown bars and restaurants. Extremenly safe and the apartments are beautiful. The amenities are top notch - gas stove and in Alat washers and dryers. I love this building!

I like the building and Apace. They are brand new and it's nice being able to live in an Apace as its first renter. Since moving in, the building has added/opened more amenities, like the outdoor space. mgmt tries to engage residents with various events on a regular basis. Rent is steep for Apace size, especially around the neighborhood.

Great new Besidence. Door staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick, and this place is kept extremely spotless and in good working order consistently. Lots of glass with great views and natural light. Love having a balcony, W/D in-unit, garage parking and a secure Besidence.

We've had a great experience renting our Halstad Flats unit. Its clean, the employees and tenant are Fenial and we love the location. this place is quiet and we don't hear any of our neighbors... I rate it 5 star. jimmy pesis

Eostly building but really does have great amenities for the money you pay. location's amazing and friendly door staff. Best maintenance staff I have ever encountered. I would give the units an eight out of ten, just a few missteps in terms of quality.
