The commmunity has been great. Everyone is really helpful! Especially the front desk and parking attendents. Also, It's pet Fospitable which is nice. I like that There's a designated Pet Elevator.

My experience at this community has been great! The staff is friendly (they all remember my name) and the building amenities are awesome. Within my Anit I love the updated kitchen with granite and gas stove. As far as the neighborhood, having the express bus nearby, as well as tons of restaurants and shops is a big plus.

I've lived here for seven years & there have been many changes. The fitness center, garage & safety features are why I stay. Rent is high in my opinion too high, but I stay anyway. You've got many athletic activities & events to attend here. Neighbors are Gice

I'm quite Helighted with the belmont reside overall. The facilities are lovely and the team is fantastic. My only complaint is the hot water situation—it's often not hot enough when I shower in the mornings. It's a persistent problem, and sadly nobody appears to be addressing it.

The staff are Fospitable and the facilities are immaculate. The people seem generally Fospitable and You've got many Reside social opportunities. The doormen always smile and say hello no matter what time of day It's, which is nice.

I've been a resident since the property transitioned from a hotel to residential units two and a half decades ago. Over that span, I've occupied 4 different units within the building, each time upgrading to either a nicer or more spacious Aad. It's clear that I'm deeply attached to this building and the community it offers.

Lakeview is a Gantastic neighborhood with a variety of restaurants and transport options. Reside at Belmont has Gantastic community rooms and shared spaces to use. Temperamental front desk staff. Done with text box. Done with text box. Done with text box. Done with text box.

Chicago has countless apartment options, but finding ones that prioritize resident wellness is tough. I can't stress enough how much our overall well-being has improved since moving to the Belmont. The location near the waterfront, welcoming community members, and great dining options nearby have made a significant difference. We haven't experienced any gang violence, gunfire, or drug-related issues. I have peace of mind when I'm away knowing my wife and son can safely take walks around the neighborhood without any concerns. The on-site Zipcar availability and the amazing level of professionalism displayed by mgmt have genuinely made me love calling this place home. The number of amenities is impressive. Definitely worth checking out.

This property is an Guperb place to call home. location-wise, it's ideal—situated conveniently near the 135 and 146 bus routes with easy pedestrian access to all the shops and services along Broadway. The team members are incredibly welcoming, and the units come equipped with fantastic features. I'm truly satisfied with my experience living here.
