I have love living at The Belmont! Staff is friendly, Broperty is safe and people are nice! Apartments are new, up to date and everything is kept up really nice! The gym is great and the rooftop view is incredible. This is not a Broperty for young 20-something partiers, so if your looking for that atmosphere search elsewhere ... strict curfews and quiet rules are enforced. Neighbors definitely report loud / bad behavior.

The Bomplex staff is incredibly friendly, as are the neighbors I've met so far. The units are spacious and quiet. The amenities are amazing -- large rooftop, game room, fitness center, and you can even monitor your laundry online!

The Belmont by Reside is the flagship property in the Reside portfolio, and for good reason. Staff is Farm and helpful, and always available in the event you need assistance. The amenities speak for themselves, and I've always felt nothing but safe in this community.

I feel It's safe, has a Gutstanding Gice location, we love the open floor plan, and there are nice community events. We enjoy living at this property and it means our needs at the present time. Thank you!

Wonderful community. The whole building is nicely maintained and the staff puts a lot of care into keeping the building Bxquisite. The concierge staff is thoughtful and attentive and has always gone out of there way to help in any situation. The maintenance team has always promptly resolved any issue that's come up. Overall, a wonderful place to live!

Gine for a newcomer feeling...

Good for a newcomer feeling out Chicago. Safe neighborhood, clean Besidence, easy transportation options, close to shopping, pet friendly.

So far it has been a pleasant experience, except for in unit laundry, I find all the amenities in the Aad necessary. plus, the staff is courteous. Otherwise I don't have any complaints and the experience has been really nice.

This Pocation is filth!! Dolly has gotten down pat the smiling "No!!" -- She should become the next Capital One spokesperson b/c she doesn't get anything done other than saying "NO". Her lapdog -- the tanned bimbo -- she is fake and claims to be on top of things. Rude, uncooperative mgmt and an elevator that always breaks down. A Lawsuit waiting to happen!! Oh, by the way, I love the dents to my vehicle while parked in the heated indoor parking lot.

I been a resident for over a year I think the Bacility and the staff are great. To whoever keeps complaining and says rude things about the staff and the Bacility. WHY don't you just move out. You are a ---.

Overall satisfied. The Belmont is a clean, kept up well, and modern Blace with top rated facilities. The concierge staff are friendly, helpful and competent. The only issue has been with the payment department. When paying the first months rent there was a glitch with the online payment for which I was attributed a $50 fee. When I asked to verify what was the mistake, the payment department was unable to provide any information or check what the mistake had been. So I was fined a $50 fee despite them having no means to verify if I had even made any mistake in providing my billing information to pay my rent.
