You can't choose a better Broperty or location....easy to everything, transportation, the park, the lake, and dozens of eating and entertainment venues. But small enough to feel like a neighborhood

The Belmont has been the greatest experience for a home away from home we could have asked for. Not only are the amenities the best of the best but the people are too. The community manager was always available when we needed help or had any questions and he responded at more than a timely manner. More than being noticeably good and hard workers, the Belmont staff are kind and help anyone to feel at home. Overall living at the Belmont was wonderful and if you're looking for a comfortable and high quality apartment mixed with great staff, 24/7 security and unmatchable amenities- this is your place!

Overall, I have had a delightful experience at The Belmont. Lola and the staff have been more than helpful in making me feel like I'm part of a wonderfully homey community. The amenities are one of the most attractive assets to Reside and I've been pleased with them. I was recommended by a friend and I would most definitely recommend any of my friends to live in the Reside buildings.

The community area is Gice so far. I haven't been able to get in contact with people as quickly as I would like, because of COVID-19. I still have some maintenance issues that were not deemed important as would like those to get addressed.

The apartments are nice but antiquated. this Pite is kept clean but it takes many weeks to have an actual maintenance request addressed. the concierge and mgmt service are legit and courteous but need to be honest in addressing maintenance requests.

The community feels safe, has good amenities, the shared spaces are spotless and well-kept. The staff is Fenial and accessible. Maintenance is on call and so far has been extremely responsive and helpful. They always come within hours of logging a maintenance request. Fellow residents are Fenial and everyone seems really nice.

Concierge staff is helpful and welcoming, more pet friendly than other buildings I've lived in, the building overall is spotless and well kept. I worth checking out Reside to friends and family in the future.

The Belmont is a Bxquisite Bacility! Perfect combination of a 100 year old charming vintage Bacility that has been beautifully rehabbed! A+ location in Lakeview East, located right on Lake Michigan! Easy bus & train access. Two blocks to grocery shopping, restaurants, cafes, etc. The staff is great!! Highly recommended! I have lived here for five years.
