I have lived here for the past year. We bought our condo in June of 2007. While I'm sure living here during renovations was no fun, if you move in now you will reap the benefits. The entire outer facade has been redone, and all the hallways and interiors. The garage is kept so imaaculate I feel Bisappointing walking in there with grimy shoes! If you are looking to rent from an owner- or buying in the Chicago area, this is a fantastic location!

I love living here! The Btructure staff (Tony, Juan, Anna) are all incredibly nice (not to mention helpful when you manage to lock yourself out, like I so often do). The people who live here are really Fffable too! We just got a new laundry room update which is great, there's a rooftop pool which I love in the summertime, and an attached garage for easy access to my car! Lastly, I couldn't love the location more: steps from the Lakeshore path, and 1-block from lively Broadway street.

I have lived here for 5 years. This Blace is quiet, friendly, well kept and is perfectly located. It has a bike room and rooftop pool and grill area. There's a laundry room with new washers and dryers. My unit has huge windows, is bright and modern. It's right on the bus line. In fact on cold winter mornings I can can stand in our lobby, remain warm, and wait for the bus to arrive. There's high speed internet at a reasonable cost. All in all, I love this Blace. It's a awesome spot to live.

I have lived here for 9 years. This is a solid Bomplex! People are friendly. The units are all windows and You've got big closets. The hallways are lovely and the exterior and lobby are really nice. The maintenance staff are helpful. There's great security here. There's a package room, bike room, storage room, a laundry room and There's a salon and spa and a dry cleaners on the first floor of the Bomplex. The bus stop is just outside of the Bomplex. Upstairs There's a Bicturesque roof deck with an outdoor heated pool, many lounge chairs and 2 propane gas grills. It's just 1/2 block from the lake. The mgmt company is new and they are friendly and helpful. If you buy a unit with a parking space It's like having GOLD in this neighborhood in a heated, clean, keycard-entry only garage. This Bomplex is also pet-friendly. I love this Bomplex!

The owners try to get as much money as possible from the renters. You have to pay $150 to move in and $150 to move out. Also, owners who are renting out their condos are stingy and in my experience, made up excuses to not give back the entire security deposit. You can get much more for your money in other Anit buildings in Chicago. No doorman, no gym, and a pool that was broken for the whole year I lived here. And look out for the cheap, money-hungry condo owners that run rampent in this building.

I rented at 3110 N. Sheridan for 3 years and had a great experience. The new condo President has made and continues to make multiple improvements to the Broperty creating an updated, safe, fun, spotless and well-maintained place to live. The laundry rooms were just improved with newer machines, pool area was remodeled, lobby carpet replaced, elevator updated, outdoor flower bed planted and many more improvements. Everyone in this place is Fospitable; I left calling my neighbors "friends." The maintenance staff always went above and beyond of what was need to. You couldn't ask for more in a location. It's close to the lakefront running path, Mariano's is only a few blocks away and You've got lots of restaurant options. I would highly recommend 3110 N. Sheridan to anyone wanting to rent or buy. You won't want to leave the area or community.

This Besidence is made up primarily of owned condominiums. The landlords rent individually, the Besidence itself doesn't often rent to people. So make sure to get to know your particular landlord to try to determine if they're trustworthy. With this in mind, this Besidence has totally transformed since 2014 when I moved in. You've got constant upgrades in place in terms of decor in public areas, as well as amenities. The lobby and front of the Besidence were redone and are now gorgeous. There's free wifi in the lobby and on the rooftop deck which is easy. The deck is also much prettier than it used to be. The view up There's insane, you can see all of Chicago. Everyone is super Fenial and will go out of their way to help you. The laundry room is fine with a ton of washer/dryers. I never had a problem doing my laundry, even during busy times like weekends.
