Please don't keep your car in the parking lot unless you want it banged! You are better off parking on the street.<br><br>There is no storage in the bathrooms. No place to even keep your toohbrush. Who the heck desinged this crappy building? The bathroom tile hasn't changed in 50 years. Even with several bleach sessions, it's impossible to clean. <br><br>None of the kitchen cabinets fit any pots and pans. The stove in my apartment is on it's last legs.<br><br>The heat is controlled by the landlord. I had to buy a humidifier when I moved in. The heat is very uneven.<br><br>There are a lot of ------ apartments in the area, this one is better than most, but it's still crap.<br><br>The good reviews here were written by the management.

This is one of the largest 2 bedroom apartments and one of the most affordable buildings in the Lakeview neighborhood. The sound proofness of the apartments are great. The water pressure is excellent, and never runs short of hot water.

Probably one of the few apartments in the area which is decently maintained for a good price. I have a huge one bedroom for the price of a tiny studio you'd find in Lincoln Park. <br><br>Pros: <br>lots of washers/dryers<br>good maintenance people (things get fixed quickly)<br>convenient, inexpensive dry cleaners<br>excellent view on the east side and high up enough<br><br>Cons:<br>heat varies from extremely hot to non-existent. I have to open the window in the winter<br>bathrooms and kitchen are old but maintained(bathroom does not have any counter space, bathtub area difficult to clean, low water pressure, rusty pipes; kitchen also does not have a lot of counter space)<br>also seems to have lack of parking space but that's the case with almost every building in lakeview

Just wanted to comment on the building and the apartments. I've been looking in the neighborhood and found that this building is a really clean, affordable and nice place to rent.
