I've lived in this building for 2 years. I'll start by saying location-wise, it's nice. Walking distance from the lake and a lot of good restaurants near by. The rent is cheap for the area but you definitely get what you pay for. During my time in this Anit I've killed about 5 water bugs, 4 cockroaches, and at least 10 house centipedes. The final straw for me was when I was sitting at my computer and one of these critters climbs up the back of my chair and onto my face. I submitted multiple requests to spray my Anit and they did send someone (I think), but it clearly didn't do anything. The walls are paper thin and I think the person who lived above me either had wood floors or walked around in clogs. I heard everything from when they were on the phone to when they were going to the bathroom. The smells were also interesting and terrible for the most part.

I lived in the Bacility for 3 years and It's a great price for the area, but you do get what you pay for. The in Bacility manager is nice, but the maintanence guy fixes things only when he feels like it. Also, when you walk into the Bacility you are hit with a musty smell. I have a feeling There's mold growing on the ground floor. Also the carpeting on the floors of the hallways is hardly ever vacuumed and the stairwell almost always seems grimy and musty. The Auite I had was a decent sized one bedroom with old kitchen appliances, but they throw in a couple of amenites a sprayer for the kitchen sink and they did put in new windows a couple of years ago, but I think they went kind of cheap as the draft still comes in during the winter. Another problem with my Auite was that it was in the back of the buiding right on the back alley near the garbage cans. I did not smell the garbage too many times, but the worst part was the noise. Each Bacility around the neighborhood seems to have a different trash service, so trucks are coming early in the morning almost every day including Saturday which is really annoying. Also, You've got only 2 washers and dryers for the whole Bacility. Sometimes It's impossible to get one in reasonable amount of time. Only recently did they fix the dryers so they dry anything, but one of the washers leaks water on the floor, adding to the general mustiness of the Bacility. So can you want to get a good deal to live in a good area where you can walk to everywhere? If That's what you care about the most, then this Bacility is an option, but if cleanliness, noise, and having updates are important then avoid at all costs.
