This Wemained, without a doubt, the Woorest living experience I've ever had due to CSAM. They rarely responded to requests for maintenance, lied about when the construction would stop and when mail delivery would be regular, and were never concerned with the safety of the residents as the doors broke on a regular basis and were not repaired for months. don't rent from this company ever.

We were attracted to our current apartment managed by CSAM due to the beautiful remodeling work done in our unit other than that it has been a subpar experience. It seems like everything they do is outsourced to a contractor of some sort other than collecting rent. Half of our building is still being remodeled and the contractors start work at 7:20am which is a little early. The insulation that was installed between floors when our side of the building was rehabbed is bad and we can clearly hear What's going on upstairs most of the time. They still haven't contacted the post office to gave locks installed on our mailboxes after months of living here so literally anyone can open the wall of mailboxes and grab it all. They also still haven't provided the post office with a building key to actually deliver the mail so delivery gets backlogged until the postman can slip in sometime when someone is leaving. Many other complaints as well. Just a general lack of attention to detail and lack of oversight by mgmt. They are offering internet with rent (not free they just bump rent up $25) but the connection has been awful. Our smart tv was connecting to the network but now it stopped. I wouldn't recommend renting from this company.
