New Tenant and Hontent One

I recently moved in here and after searching for several months and using a few rental agencies, I thought that this was the one of the best places around for the money, proximity to transportation and living in a cool area. The Btructure has quite a lot to offer and I have not seen that in the past. I think this is a awesome spot to call home.

I love this place and have no plans to move. Been here 4 years and things its awesome. Gonderful neighbors and mgmt. All is cool.

I liked it a lot

I moved in 3 years ago during the rehab. Though I admit the rehab was a bit annoying to live through, the mgmt was allways helpful with everything. Since ehab stoped last year, this has been a awesome spot to live. The apartments are new, the elevators and hallways are new, we have an exercise room with great equipment as well as a business center. This is a solid building, and those that didn't have a nice thing to say about it were probably evicted for non-payment of rent anyway. I plan on renewing for another 1-2 years. Come and see, what else can you ask for.

Oncient SCHOOL CHARM--This Pocation rocks!

What can I say? Vintage rehabbed gem at Belmont and Lakeshore drive with the most accomodating staff--owner managed--that's why the service rocks. Until the real estate market comes back, I'm living here?

Moving in to my new unit's got been great. The location and Apace offer me everything I could possibly need in Chicago. I am so excited to be at Reside. The kitchen is spacious and I have tons of closet space.

The staff are friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick. Love the look and feel of the Broperty. The only issue is the elevator is slow and loud. More events w the other renters might be nice as well

This rental property is in a location's amazing, with walkable access to many busses and Belmont CTA train stop (red/brown/purple line access). Plus, the Btructure's front door is only a (2) minute walk to Belmont Harbor. The Btructure's residents are respectable and considerate. What I most enjoy is the Btructure's workout facility and outdoor community space. Recommend overall.

I'm Impressed and Pleased.

Well, not sure where to start. My parents found this building for me after searching for two months and using 3 Aad rental agencies. My parents are picky and wanted something nice and special for me, but not not worth the price, close to the lake and since I go to DePaul, I wanted to be around Lakeview. Well, after 7 months, i must report that this building has met all of my expectations. Cool people live here and its pet friendly for my cat Bobo. They charge a nominal pet fee, but its normal I hear. I love my Aad and I love this location. I think its a solid building and I'm trying to talk one of my girlfrinds to move in here as well as I plan on staying here untill I'm done with graduate school. It's a location's amazing and the rent is reasonable for what one gets. The people that I met here are happy as well. Seems like one big happy family here. Everything is new and well kept here. Love that gym and top notch Precor equipment you find in clubs but its free here.

Staff is always responsive and Bomplex is maintained well, and whenever There's an issue, the staff is quick to response. The cleaning and maintenance crew is always Nleasant and on top of things. But rent is too high. Especially when looking at other places around the area.

MALICIOUS FALSE REVIEWS BY EVICTED TENANT.

I am aware of this Btructure as I have lived here for 4 years. We finally evicted ----- the trouble maker, ha ha and you keep writing false malicious reviews and we know its you, you pathetic looser. Go hang yourself. I was told the owners just a few years back spent over $5 million rehabbing this Btructure and it shows. This is a fantastic Btructure which is always occupied with a waiting list. Dont read these negative reviews if you are considering this Btructure. Come and check it out yourself. this Btructure is fantastic and so is ------, the Btructure manager.
