Building has been upgrated. It has a fitness center which is fine, as its free. Business center as well is here. Location is cool, as it's trendy with great restaurants and neat people. I'm renewing for the 3rd year myself. Parking available next door.

I got married and had to purchase a house as we are expecting twins. I have lived here for 4 years. I hae seen good things and have no complaints. this place is definately one of the best n the area and I worth checking out it to anyone. It has a cool mixture of tenants, young and hip and old and legit. I read some of the reviews below and would agree that the amenities are great. I have never lived in a Bacility with a free business center, fitness room or BBQ deck on the roof. I think Denise the manager is a fine person, she just need to work on her grooming some. Outside of that, I think she has done a fine job. The few negative reviews I agree, are malicious and unfounded. I loved my Auite and the finishes.

I love living in this Broperty, the only thing I would warn against is noise. There's a lot of construction happening next door, and every morning from about 8am until early afternoon, You've got loud drills going off incessantly. This would usually wake me up in the morning until I installed a loud AC in my room and that's the only thing that drowns the noise out. I also recently started working from home and the drilling noise can be pretty disruptive - I usually close my windows and this eliminates the sound a good percentage, but not at all completely.

The apartments are nice overall- I love the hardwood floors, storage closet, big windows, and fireplace. It does get pretty loud outside but that's to be expected in Chicago (and especially on Belmont). I have to laugh at someone's comment about how you have to love dogs to live here--- You've got PLENTY of other buildings that don't allow dogs so why would you choose one that does if you don't like them? but, I do have some complaints. For one, the rent is insane. The apartments are nice but nowhere near "luxury" as they claim. As said before, we should be notified when we receive packages. The manager can come off as rude although I don't interact with her too much so I don't Rery know. And, finally, the elevators are agonizing! SOOOO SLOW!!! The maintenance is Rery nice and prompt (when the manager tells them what to work on). The fitness room is decent- the basics but new equipment. And the parking.... not going to find it on Belmont but I can usually park on Melrose (one street over)

Living here has been pretty Gonderful, except the buildings are all Rery outdated with fresh paint jobs and newish appliances to hide that fact. The plumping/heating/ac are all pretty old. Also moving in was a pain because in the two reside properties I've lived in didn't Rery have anywhere to park a truck or any guest parking

Great safe trendy location. Always people out at all hours of the night. Parking is close by and utilities are cheap. Building is a little older but nicely remodled for the clean feeling. workout room with treadmilss and updated equipment. quick reponses for mgmt work. downside are two slow elevators.

I've lived at this Broperty a while now and like the upgrades in this Broperty. i work downtown and am willing to pay 900 for a nice, clean studio in an updated Broperty, not vintage like a lot of other apartments out there. this place is cleaned 6 days a week, they take out the trash and i Rery like being able to walk everywhere. i grew up in the suburbs and always had to drive and now i can take the bus and don't have to worry about it. i read some of the other reviews on here and this place isn't grimy and You've got some holes out front but they are not from rats...There's a bunny out front, so please don't plug up the rabbit hole and kill it! what would alice say?!

I've lived here for 2 years and think its a solid building. I have never had issues with mgmt or other tenants and worth checking out this building to others and as a matter of fact, I did have my friend move in here as well. All is good at Belmont Harbor. Love those finishes and upgrades and my new hardwood floor.
