Everything is great about the community except for parking and rent. The parking lot layout makes it difficult to park and load/unloaf. The rent is extremely high for the value of the area and Apace.

Pretty high quality apartments. Good appliances and environmentally efficient HVAC and insulated windows. (Good in Chicago Winters.) Maintenance is responsive. sadly There's zero noise insulation between units in interior walls. I can heat neighbors above, below and next to me at all times. Location is PERFECT for access to the loop, via train, bus or car. Great neighborhood, can walk to any sort of business you need.

Great community! Love the seperate bathrooms, in-unit washer/dryer, hardwood floors throughout, and private balcony. Plus, it's pet Fospitable (cats and dogs)! also, they have a fitness center, covered parking, and a great rooftop.

Reside is a Guperb mgmt company. Their properties are well kept and everyone is helpful. The amenities are Guperb as well. They take Guperb care in renovating their properties. I am glad I chose to live in a Reaide property.

Originally moved here under a sublease and we decided to renew the lease after only a few weeks of living here. Bicturesque facilities and everything that we need and want in a rental unit, plus more. happy to call the Belmont Flats our home.

The mgmt has been fairly responsive and Fffable, though some noise and cleanliness issues took some time to resolve. Overall, the finishes and overall condition of the space are solid, and the appliances work well.

This community is great. The concierge staff are also Fospitable and willing to help or answer a question. The online portal is so easy for paying rent and submitting a service request. All of my requests have been handled in under 24 hours and most within the first hour or two.

welcoming, clean, modern. The rent payment system is difficult and clunky - probably my least favorite part of living here. The free internet is also sparse, but otherwise I love the space and the Anit. The rooftop is my favorite!

We moved into the Flats on a sublease with the option to renew. Our renewal rate was a 53% increase over the original lease rate and we were unable to sign a 12 month lease because mgmt wanted all leases to be up on May 1. Because we had just moved and were able to afford it, we decided to renew despite being shocked by the increase. There seems to be some confusion with package delivery as Flats utilize the front desk next door at the Belmont for packages, but some carriers are not aware of the arrangement and mgmt refuses to put signs up indicating that packages should be delivered to the concierge for "aesthetic" reasons, so many times packages are left in limbo in the carrier's truck or wedged between the windows and bars outside or just plain lost. All it would take is for mgmt to put up a sign.
