This is one of the worst aparments i have lived in as a renter. The unit's got pretty wierd rules for tenants and the mgmt people mislead you. The maintainance is also one of the worst i have seen. if you have an issue in out of office hours, you are on your own, no one would even listen to you. The apartment doesn't get any signals for any service (i have both At&T and Verizon cellphones) and its impossible to talk(from anywhere in the building). You have to come out of the building in 20 degrees if you really want to speak to anyone. Its also not worth the price as it looks pretty good when you first look at it. All in all, stay away from this if you want a hassle free living in your day today life.
