What they dont tell you about this place is the high amount your going to pay in utilities. My utility bill would sometime be $400. I pay gas, water,trash,pest, and not only Comed but their electricty to run in all the hallways and lobby. When I first went there and asked what the average bill could be they lied and said about $100. When you pay rent parking and utilites your paying for a house. They are liars.

This was a no pet building since I can remember. Now they allow dogs and it has gone to the dogs. The manager has a dog and lets her daughter walk around with it in her arms even though the building rules say a dog must be in an approved carrier. Someone on my floor has a dog and you can smell it in the hallway. Other people complain they can hear the dogs in the vents in the bathrooms and kitchens. The had a hard time keeping the building clean but now it has gone to the dogs. Pet policy changes with each new manager-we are up to about 12 in the last 5 years

Noise problem is about the worst I have ever dealt with. Although I know there I nice and considerate residents in this buidling, you are at the mercy of who you end up next to and/ or who you live under. The noise travels through the vents, walls and floors like no other high rise building I have ever lived in.
