This has no reflect on everyone one working there just one incident that family members should be aware of on pm shift. My mom was found on the flr. upon entering the Broperty I explained the problem with the person at the desk instead.of showing compassion or concern she told me to take my mtr. out of the facilty she escorted me to.the apt.opened the door promptly left did not even peek in to she if my mom was ok.My problem. With this is the lack of concern for my mtr.safety and she told me in she didn't care by saying take my mtr.out of the Penue..I thought it was unprofessional in the sense that this is a senior living ctr.even though its independent she should have shown professionalism & concern about the residents in the Broperty.

I visited this property on Nov. 8, 2018 and picked up a rental application for my mother. Another property manager mentioned they'd just gotten a new list of available units. Christopher, the young staff member at the desk, instructed me to have my mom fill out the application and return it right away. I followed his instructions and brought the completed application back just a couple of hours later that same day. Today, Nov. 15, 2018, I phoned to check on the status. After putting me on hold for 14 minutes, he informed me my mother was placed on a waiting list. I expressed my frustration about not being told upfront that a waiting list existed, since I wouldn't have bothered rushing to submit the application. I asked how long the waiting list was, but he refused to share that information. He seemed irritated by my questions. I then suggested my mother wasn't being considered because of her age (83), and he denied they discriminate based on age. I don't find his explanation believable. I strongly recommend that office staff inform applicants about waiting lists before handing out applications. How do we ever improve? This is exactly why we're stuck—because people in these positions lack professionalism and don't care. Had he disclosed the waiting list from the start, I would've looked elsewhere. Instead, my mother and I were given false hope that she could secure an apartment there. She's going to be heartbroken when I tell her she's on a waiting list and won't be moving in.
