I lived here for two years while I was a student at Loyola and had no problems. I did have one cockroach in my Apace soon after moving in, but never in the following two years. The mgmt had pest control come spray every six months at no cost to the tenant. My Apace got extremely hot in the summer, compounded by being on the fifth floor, but there's no blame to place. The maintenance staff changed twice while I was there, but each person was nice and pleasant to deal with. Maintenance requests were addressed quickly. They were flexible with extended my lease a month to avoid moving during finals. There were three washers and dryers for the building and I never had trouble getting an open machine. Overall, it was a great first Apace and I would be happy to rent from Hunter Properties again.
