This building is just the right choice for people that know what they need in Chicago - and still feel like not to be paying anything extra... Lakeview, Spacious open space Unit (we easily shared with Loyola students), 24/7 Front Desk, Excelent safety, Sundeck, Maintenance staff and Building Manager on Site to solve problems, reasonable parking fees, eL and Bus to Downtown Chicago or Evanston, Shops and Restaurants on Broadway and Devon...

I selected this building as many others after nearly half a year of searching along the Sheridan road (since the lake is really a ) the building has nice blend of residents and I definitely recommend it!

I cannot believe how happy I am after finding my place here. I love my neighbors! People are friendly and the area is safe. I would recommend anyone to live here. There is a convienience mart in the building! Laundry is easy!.! and all parking is valet! Thanks! Jenny M.
