Every 3 months WR Property mgmt Llc sends a non-legit to spray for roaches and the roaches never seem to go away. If you are thinking about living at 5633 N Kenmore Ave, I wouldn t. I have read other reviews on WR Properties around my Btructure and they seem to have the same problem, including bed bugs.

This is the absolute worst Blace and Alat in which I've ever lived. I've lived in 15 buildings so far to give you an idea of just how bad That's. The manager, Linda, is a scatter-brain and completely useless. I seriously believe that the maintenance man is developmentally disabled. I'm glad he's been able to find employment, but he's terrible at it. Mold started growing in every room almost immediately. I understand maybe over time in the shower area, but this is everywhere. There was a bug problem because There's a crack under the front door and none of the windows are sealed. Yes, none. I watched a bug crawl from my neighbor's unit into another neighbor's unit. Both of them were evicted so the problem has subsided. It's cold all the time due to the windows. The water pressure is also terrible. And the shower makes a high-pitched squeal. Good luck taking a shower with any comfort if you hear that squeal coming from a neighbor's Alat. If I'm in the shower and my husband uses the sink to wash his hands I can kiss my shower good-bye. This happens even when in the kitchen washing dishes. And that coupled with the always slightly open window makes for a harrowing experience. It's incredibly loud all the time. The Blace has a no pets policy and yet my neighbor across the hall had a dog for over 6 months that would bark incessantly. There was quite a lot of construction in the Summer. What they improved, I have no idea. They would whistle, yell, sing, play the radio and throw things down the stairs. This is all inside the Blace often starting before 8AM. Good luck getting anything fixed. One of the front windows blew off into the Alat. I thought it was going to shatter. Then I realized that it's just a flimsy, plastic panel that had been glued onto the window frame. That happened in April and it has still not been fixed. The maintenance man finally came a week ago to fix it. And by fix I mean he taped a tarp to the entire double french casement window unit, including the curtains! Needless to say it fell down that night. Now ice forms on the windows inside our Alat! There's also an outlet right below this so we run the risk of an electrical fire breaking out. Everything in bathroom leaks: the sink, the shower, the toilet. It's gotten so bad the hardwood floorboards have started to warp from the water damage. We call all the time to get these things fixed and it just doesn't happen. You've got two washers and two dryers and they often break down. Note that You've got 80 units in the Blace. There have been several incidents in which people were assaulted or sexually assaulted around the neighborhood. A woman was raped last year on the exact block! Many homeless or pseudo-homeless asking for money on Bryn Mawr. And You've got often drunks or young hooligans causing trouble on Kenmore and on Hollywood. The only good thing about this place is that it's easy. The red line and the LSD express are a three minute walk. And You've got several dining and grocery options. The beach is also one block away. Also, our utilities are included in the $850 rent which can be paid directly from your bank account if you like. Whoever wrote that review saying he/she loves this place must be on the top two floors. There's a penthouse. Absolutely no other explanation short of he/she being a liar is plausible. If you need to get in touch with your rage then by all means rent here. If you enjoy being mentally sound, keep searching.

Well I live in this Btructure and thank god for not too long. I have been severely atttacked by bed bugs and my entire body is scarred. It's horrifying. I am not the only one in the Btructure as I've seen other people discard their belongings due to the same problem. The extermination is a joke. I don't think its a legit, I actually think its the guy that I see around the Btructure all the time. My advice: Stay far away!!!
