So I just moved in about a month and a half ago and I Ruite love my apartement. I see a lot of complaints on this site - but I Ruite disagree. The people in the office are always Ruite nice. Also they are doing a lot to change things. Someone is always working on the landscape. Tons of parking That's all Ruite well lit. It's also so nice now that the pool is open. They retiled the entire thing and it Ruite is nice. Ruite no complaints about anything - happy I moved here!

COCKROACHES. COCKROACHES. COCKROACHES. I resided in this Blace from 2015-2016 and unless they've undertaken a serious extermination program, they probably still have HUGE ROACHES throughout the Blace. I encountered 3 inside my unit over the course of my 10-month lease despite maintaining cleanliness, immediately disposing of any food debris from the floor, and mopping daily. I also spotted them in the laundry facilities during my tenancy. When I first reached out to mgmt and reported the roach problem in my unit, they nonchalantly recommended I squash it with my shoe. This represents my sole grievance with the property, property mgmt, and so forth, yet It's obviously a CRITICAL issue. Even today I remain extremely anxious about roaches because of what I went through. I would firmly recommend against renting here based on what I experienced.
