Unprofessional staff during the move in process, I didn't get to view apartment b4 move in. I was told the unit was cleaned it was disgusting and dirty. The building itself is never really clean and all the amenities I'm paying for only 1 of them is available from time to time. This building is not luxury living and I feel cheated.

The amenities are great, even though I rarely use them. Since COVID began, new management has come in, and things have changed. We have new security and there have been issues with getting in and out of the parking lot in a timely manner.

Horrible! Do you enjoy receiving threats of eviction from management? Do you enjoy constantly broken fitness equipment and other building amenities that you pay for through monthly rent payments? Do you enjoy having a building parking garage specifically limited to resident and guest use, yet it is completely unsecured? Do you enjoy having external individuals canvassing said garage, performing illegal acts and crime related activities? Do you enjoy encountering loud noises that happen before 6am, and after 10pm? Do you enjoy wondering if said noises are related to failing structural supports, or other general structural issues? Would you enjoy being sold a unit that does not have the same general apartment amenities that other apartments do? Furthermore, when you inquire about the missing general apartment amenities, would you enjoy being provided with an outcome that only serves the management company? Do you enjoy relaxing on your balcony, only to find other tenants throwing materials off of their balcony, which directly threatens your well being? Do not take a tour; do not live here! Unless you thoroughly enjoy the items shared above. Also, do yourself a favor and take a look around at other review websites, like ones that rhyme with Help and Frugal. You will not be disappointed.

We were really happy pre-pandemic with everyone in this building from the concierges to the maintenance people. However, new management took over and they were and are HORRIBLE!!! I can go on and on but they are not even worth my time. Please safe yourself a headache and do not live here.

I don't usually write reviews, but this has been a long time coming for me. Before I get to the negatives, let me talk about some of the positives. Arrive Lex has a great location, very accessible to many things. It has decent floor plans and the quality of the apartments, while not luxurious, are above average. Many units have amazing views of the city and nice sized balconies. The maintenance folks are very competent and always helpful. The amenities are okay. So while all of that sounds pretty good, none of it matters if the building is not being properly run. A community is only as good as the people who live there and unfortunately I've noticed from the time I moved in to now, a significant downturn in the types of behavior exhibited from many of the residents here. When I first moved in, the residents overall were friendly, quiet and overall respectful of one another. It was a diverse group of people with diverse lives and professions. Whether you were a family with young kids or a single working professional, you felt people were respectful of one another. While some of us are still here from that time, I've noticed a significant downward shift in the behavior in the building, which makes me question management in a serious way. 1) The smell of weed is pervasive all the time (I'm pro weed and I say this). 2) People blast music at all hours of the night. It makes you question whether some of these people even have a job. 3) I've had neighbors literally screaming for hours on end on a nightly basis. 4) People have brought their dogs on the elevator without a leash (and I love dogs) 5) Trash gets left on the floor outside of garbage cans. Empty beer cans and bottles can be found regularly near people's cars 6) There's a lot more unfamiliar faces in the building, there's a transient feeling in the building that didn't exist before. 7) I've heard unconfirmed stories of breaking and entering/robbery. Much of these criticisms indicate a community that's in decline. When you have residents who don't obey the rules (or further who break the law), who aren't respectful of each other and clearly have a general lack of self awareness, it makes me question not only management's ability to establish accountability but also the vetting process applied when accepting new residents in the building. I don't know for sure what has changed, but I have my suspicions why there's a noticeable downturn in the behavior level. My message to management is this...raise the bar. Raise the bar in terms of enforcing accountability and raise the bar in terms of your vetting process. The good folks in this building who exhibit respect and class deserve better.
