BED BUGS!!! Delete My wife and I moved into this building in 2018 and it was great until the building allowed Section H or 8 and then all hell broke lose. Bed bugs, car theft, pop up partys in the lobby, garbage and broken bottles of Hennessy and tequila in the hallways stairwells and parking garage. Pot smoke is the norm smell in this building. Hood rats roaming the building due to lack of security and security is rude and disrespectful. Trinty management is owned by a company that is a absentee landlord out of new york or California and would not let us out of our lease even though there are residents in the building living for half of what everyone else is paying. I've lived in 6-8 apartment building in the last 25 years and this place was hands down the worst experience living here. DANGEROUS PLACE STAY AWAY unless you like living with BED BUGS and HOOD RATS!

My experience at this community is by far the worst experience I have had through a property management company. I've lived in three other apartment communities, all have been different management and all have been in Chicago and the surrounding area. The maintenance team does not service in a timely manner, nor do they seem to know the property very well. The residents do whatever they want as no rules seem to be enforced by the staff. There is no sense of community in the building and the building is not well maintained.

Only two things I don't like is the people at the front desk continues to let visitors up without calling me and it takes to long for maintenance to reach my apartment and fix the issue I pay $3100 a month these are problems I should not be having

Cleanliness is sorely lacking. Elevators are always disgusting. Pet owners allow the animals to do their business in the elevators and the floor has urine stains and is sticky. The elevators go weeks without vacuuming and now since the nasty mats were taken out, the floors go weeks without mopping. The sidewalks surrounding this "luxury" building are filthy and never ever power washed. Power washing actually is a city ordinance.

For a luxury apartment where rent is on the cheaper side for the South Loop, the amenities are nice. Every unit has a balcony, in-unit washer and dryer, and the pool is nice in the summer time, although the hot tub hasn't worked since Summer 2020. The gym also has 2 Peloton bikes which is great, but the majority of the time, only 1 is working. Another great part of living in this building is the maintenance team is quick to respond. However, there have been 4 times that our apartment has been damaged by water because the tenant above us lets her washer overflow. All 4 times, the maintenance team just painted over the damage and didn't fix it. We also don't recommend living here if you have a dog. The dog run is a nice amenity, but residents don't clean up after their dogs, and many residents allow their dogs to run around off leash despite the rule saying they must be leashed at all times except for when they are in the dog run. Lastly, many residents smoke in the building despite it being non-smoking, so the scent of smoke is often in the hallways or sometimes even filters into our unit.

Has substantially declined. Will not be renewing my lease. The property consistently leases to individuals that do not follow the rules outlined in the lease agreement. This is a smoke free building, however there is constantly marijuana smoking going on. You smell it in your apartment, hallways, elevators and the garage.

Currently would prefer not to answer at this has because it has been a very stressful time and may not reflect accurately. Apartment is pretty basic. No bells or whistles. My view and balcony is exactly what I wanted!

My experience was initially great a few years back but since new management the quality has really declined. There is garbage left in the halls, smell of weed/cigarettes sweep into your apartment despite this building being advertised as a non-smoking building, dog waste in the amenities floor, and rude neighbors that lack regard for others. I really used to love living here when Frank and Troy used to manage but since Trinity took over it seems that many of our concerns go unheard. People let their dogs run loose in the hallways, you're likely to step on dog poop because newer residents here don't know how to be responsible dog owners, and forget about being able to use the amenities in peace because squads of people that don't even live here will be using them blasting their expletive rap for everyone to hear instead of having some sense of decorum and using headphones. It's really a shame what has happened to this building. It's gone from luxury living to ------ living.

The staff here is very nice. I enjoy my interactions with them. The amenities are nice as well, and kept clean. We have a major problem with smoke though. Both marijuana and nicotine This is supposedly a smoke free building (it's stated in the lease). It was one of the big reasons I chose to live her. I don't go a single day without someone else's smoke invading my apartment. It's truly gross, and makes me consider moving.

Overall the experience has been decent. The front door staff is always nice and welcoming and the maintenance team is great. I have two overall complaints, 1 being the ratchet guests and parties that take place often on the 6th floor. I know weed is legal in the city but I don't really want to smell it in the building. Also, the lack of maintenance in the dog run. It's a great feature, one that helped us choose this apartment over others, however it's not taken care of and often too disgusting to even walk into.
