Janiece was a very personable and helpful support when I visited the site. She was ready for my appointment and gave a great tour. I had questions that she gave direct answers to, and that helped me with my decision to submit an application. I should hear from the office staff soon in reference to the next steps in the application process (I think it is a 48 hour turnaround time), then I will post as a resident. I am excited! Keep up the good work!

Pretty chill and safe apartment. My floor is pretty quiet for the most part. Except for my neighbors who let their dogs cry and bark all night. Everyone minds their own business, which is important to me.

In the beginning it was great. Lately not so much. We have dated appliances,window blinds. There is heavy marijuana smoking in building. Lots of animals. Awful front desk service they got rid if the long term door people to now have different people every week. Maintenance staff is all gone all new people that dont know how to fix anything. Rent has increased its ridiculous not a luxury building anymore

Overall, positive experience. Swift response by office personnel to any issues. Janitorial staff is aways present and working hard. Door people are generally helpful. Only complaint would be small parking spaces and issues with QR system for parking.

This is a great building in a great location with a great staff. Buy, it's a non-smoking building and smells like pot smoke all the time. As much as the staff does, they're no match for residents who make the living experience horrible for others.

When I first moved into Arrive Lex, I was impressed by the amenities, the cleanliness, and the community. However, there have been numerous issues within the past months I have lived here. The concierge is missing half the time, the leasing office almost never picks up the phone, you pay for a parking spot that is never guaranteed, security is incredibly lacking, and there are ongoing problems with tenants smoking in the building. The neighborhood has a drug addict problem, and sometimes these people like to harass residents at the entrances as well as mess with the door call system. As far as my personal apartment unit goes, I absolutely love my space, the amenities, my home, the community gym, the pool, and the rooftop. Nevertheless, when it comes to the staff, overall security, parking situation, and neighborhood, I wish I would've picked a different apartment. I hope this helps someone.

Elvir (Head Engineer) is exceptional in his position. His experience and ability to address the needs and concerns of the Arrive Lex family ranks second to none. His leadership and professional demeanor sets the tone for his staff. JOB WELL DONE ELVIR!!!

The Arrive Lex is a wonderful place to live. I'm truly satisfied. Ryan and Heather are the best. The office staff member, Janese is customer friendly and the engineer Elvir is phenomenal. I can't say enough about this building.

Average, using the amenities such as pool or gym is close to impossible because the amount of guests aren't monitored and parties are constantly happening. Weekends are out of control with parties and smoking in the building. Concierge doesn't really do anything to support as they aren't security and they're not trained to. The public garage is still not monitored as well as it should be and every time there is an event across the street parking is hard to find for monthly partners. The public garage also means random people are always coming in and out of the building and not always supervised event though they should be checking in at desk.

The maintenance or upkeep in the building has definitely change. I'm not sure if it's do to changes in the office but there's definitely a decline in standards in keeping the building clean as well the parking garage. It should be more than just the Lobby. Also at one point the noise in the building was so bad that the police had to be called.
