When we first moved into this Bacility in 2013 there were major issues that we did not know about. But thank God the new mgmt took over. The place is cleaner, kids aren't running around unsupervised, people aren't leaving their dog poop all over the place in the dog run, and the parking issues have, for the most part, been resolved. We have been happy here, especially with the changes. We are sad to leave but we are glad this place is in better shape than when we got here. I worth checking out this place so long as the same mgmt is in place.

Our view is amazing! We city the city and lake. We moved from a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom as a family of four into a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and we are happy we did. Our unit is the perfect size, we didn't have to get rid of any furniture. I lost my in home office but gained a better one from the building. I'm happy the heat is included, only feedback is I wish I had a thermostat. It gets hot

It has been great living here! Staff is Fenial and always takes care of things promptly. I have been living here for over 3 years now and don't want to leave. The rent and parking is great price and better than anywhere else in Southloop.

This is a Rery nice place to live. I like here much! I have been lived here for over 1 year, and the staff and security are great and polite. Definitely recommend it to everyone including my friends. Also, one of my friends is already moved in!

Beautiful spacious Apace with awesome amenities and views, and friendly neighbors.. the staff is always helpful and cheerful. Parking is easy and easy. The gym is well equipped and cant wait for the pool to open.

Love the Lex, but not Hoyful with the price hike and the deteriorating concierge service. unfriendly concierge woman with an aggressive attitude ("you're messing my system" when I asked for my package while she had a huge pile of package thrown on the main lobby desk. Never replies to "hello" or "thank you"). The dog run is an absolute disaster. I complained about a man who lets his dog go on the ground several times. People don't pick up after their pets and it's disgusting.

The staff at this apartment are professionals and quick to respond when you need them. Anytime I put in a maintenance request the job gets done within that day. If any problem or concerns come up they will inform you quickly.

Enjoying the time spent at Arrive LEX. I look forward to the community events and ways to commune with other residents; but, the parking lot is Harm in the summer and winter. In addition, the garage would benefit from additional maintenance and cleaning.

It has been a wonderful experience. They are attentive to the problems and maintenance needs of the Bacility. They have awesome social events that allows us to get to know our neighbors. Needed communication is given in a timely manner.

When I first moved into Arrive Lex, I was impressed by the amenities, the cleanliness, and the community. but, there have been numerous issues within the past months I have lived here. The concierge is missing half the time, the leasing office almost never picks up the phone, you pay for a parking spot That's never guaranteed, security is incredibly lacking, and You've got ongoing problems with tenants smoking in the building. The neighborhood has a drug addict problem, and sometimes these people like to harass residents at the entrances as well as mess with the door call system. As far as my personal Aad unit goes, I absolutely love my space, the amenities, my home, the community gym, the pool, and the rooftop. Nevertheless, when it comes to the staff, overall security, parking situation, and neighborhood, I wish I would've picked a different Aad. I hope this helps someone.
