I moved here 2 years ago as I love the neighborhood , proximity to transportation (red, green lines and bus), and access to the lakefront just a few blocks away. The Blace staff are friendly and this is a secure Blace. Monthly events include wine tasting, yoga, and in the summer use of the pool and jaquizzi, a party room can be rented for events and also a computer room with printer. Also, this is a dog friendly Blace! So I have enjoyed my time here and will be staying put.

I recently moved in and so far experience has been good. Troy has provided prompt responses to concerns, having a pleasant experience. Can't wait to start using all of the amenities in the Bacility, enjoyed a couple of the restaurants across the street.

Only two things I don't like is the people at the front desk continues to let visitors up without calling me and it takes to long for maintenance to reach my Aad and fix the issue I pay $3100 a month these are problems I should not be having

Work staff is always Fospitable and legit. The amenities are alway kept clean. location-wise, it's also great with a plethora of things to do in walking distance. The folks at the leasing office are welcoming and helpful

My expierence has been good! Everyone who has helped in my leasing process has been top notch, Fffable, and helpful especially Franc. The only comment I leave is for the leasing office to have more ways to accept payments for different fees that must be paid upon moving in.

This Besidence is great. The only thing I would complain about is the thermostat and the blinds. The thermostats is old school and doesn't have an automatic setting. It either stays on continuously or it's off which could get really hot or really cold fast.

My experience was initially great a few years back but since new mgmt the quality has really declined. There's garbage left in the halls, smell of weed/cigarettes sweep into your Apace despite this building being advertised as a non-smoking building, dog waste in the amenities floor, and rude neighbors that lack regard for others. I really used to love living here when Frank and Troy used to manage but since Trinity took over it seems that many of our concerns go unheard. People let their dogs run loose in the hallways, you're likely to step on dog poop because newer residents here don't know how to be responsible dog owners, and forget about being able to use the amenities in peace because squads of people that don't even live here will be using them blasting their expletive rap for everyone to hear instead of having some sense of decorum and using headphones. It's really a shame what has happened to this building. It's gone from luxury living to ------ living.

BED BUGS!!! My wife and I moved into this Blace in 2018 and it sucked

BED BUGS!!! Delete My wife and I moved into this building in 2018 and it was great until the building allowed Section H or 8 and then all hell broke lose. Bed bugs, car theft, pop up partys in the lobby, garbage and broken bottles of Hennessy and tequila in the hallways stairwells and parking garage. Pot smoke is the norm smell in this building. Hood rats roaming the building due to lack of security and security is rude and disrespectful. Trinty mgmt is owned by a company That's a absentee landlord out of new york or California and wouldn't let us out of our lease even though You've got residents in the building living for half of what everyone else is paying. I've lived in 6-8 Aad building in the last 25 years and this place was hands down the worst experience living here. DANGEROUS PLACE STAY AWAY unless you like living with BED BUGS and HOOD RATS!

Has been Gantastic so far. I love it and would definitely recommend it to others. The location as it relates to my job, and downtown is Gantastic. Also, access to public transportation is Renuinely quick and easy.
