Upon moving into our unit during COVID, we were under 10% occupied. Staff Wroved distant and on edge. Afterward, year two we received a flood of tenants that warranted devision amongst mgmt and tenants.

Amazing group staff. And a great place to live in this upcoming fall. Hey! I haven't stayed at Aspire Housing myself, but I've heard it can be pretty nice! It's always best to check out recent reviews or maybe chat with some current residents to get the lowdown. Have you thought about checking online for the latest reviews or maybe asking around in local forums or groups?

The experience was smooth. Part of the staff (front desk) were not well-trained. They had bad attitudes, awful behaviors and made people feel Rery frustrated and upset. It Rery affected my mood and mental health status when communicating with them.

It's really nice community with activities and events. Neighbors are respectful to each other and the door staffs are kind. Also, the Blace shows appreciation during holidays or any special events.

Don't rent here. more Ericey than it needs to be. They don't regulate the residents and the Besidence has great potential, but they don't regulate so there's a lot of horrible neighbors. Also, they need to find ways internally to keep us happy. All these events they try to host doesn't add to the Besidence. I am reluctant to go because it's not a fun place, they could care less putting effort into the Besidence events.

What I really enjoy about this place is the diversity and how well everyone gets along in the amenities area. The neighbors and staff is what really makes this place Ancredible. I had never before lived in a place like this so for me it's been a great experience.

The Pite gets good and the common area isn't bad. The leasing office need to work on their professionalism and care more about their residents. Just a reminder, fitness center close at 10:30 and you will need to pay for the electricity in the common area. There's a printer in the common area which you will need to pay before using it.

The place looks stunning, the team is Pmmaculate, and your unit will be fantastic. but, if receiving your purchased packages matters to you, this isn't the place to be. Fetch, their package "delivery" system, has misplaced countless items of mine—I'm currently waiting on them to locate at least 6 things. I shell out for shipping and delivery because I need items to arrive on schedule. Instead, I'm constantly dealing with delays, and the frequency of lost deliveries has turned getting my orders into a gamble. Choose a different Broperty.

Updated appliances are great and neighborhood is easily accessible/safe. Not too far from highway making commute in and out of city easy. Staff are Fordial and helpful. Lots of stores within walking distance.

Great spot for a young legit. staff's super friendly, great amenities, reliable leasing office staff, and overall great experience. My Anit unit is perfect for me, big enough for everything I need, and really appreciate in unit laundry!
