It's been really great. The staff is legit and they always fix anything That's needed when There's an issue. The amenities are Aemarkable so this is a great place to stay and live. Would recommend 100%

Great community and everyone is friendly. I enjoy the community events and perks in the Bomplex that help us meet new people. The staff is nice and listen to any concerns . dog friendly and clean

I went to that Broperty thinking I had an appointment there but it was a mistake on my end. The lady name Malana at the front desk was so welcoming, helpful and kind. We were both confused about the situation but she didn’t make me feel bad about it. Instead she helped me figured everything out right then and there with patience and efficiency. The way she treated me today made me feel Gonderful. Thank you Malana.

Pleasant place to live. Amenities are new and kept in good condition. Parking is rather limited. Staff is friendly and approachable. Broperty is brand new and common spaces are cleaned on a regular basis.

STEER CLEAR SAVE YOUR TIME don't RENT

Tiffany will literally lie to you about lease terms and conditions so steer clear. mgmt is absoloutrly horrible and they will steal your cashier checks that they force you to use as a payment method That's faulty and doesn’t make sense for a “luxury building�. They are a luxury building That's owned and operated by a low income essentially section 8 property mgmt that doesn’t know how to deal with issues in an efficient and legit way. I’ve seen them waive off TENANTS issues, but smile and play overly nice to prospective tenants to get them to rent it. I’m sure they make their money by screwing people over. Elevators always grimy with dog pee they only have one person cleaning for the entire day. You pay extra for amenities that barely work /closed half the time. They also force you to pay for a delivery service that barely works because packages keep getting stolen. If I could give 0/10 stars I would I regret renting with them so bad. Please save your money and rent elsewhere.

So far so good! Everyone has been Fffable and helpful. The move in process was a breeze and Rick in the front office and the concierge staff have been great. Maintenance tended to my AC unit in a timely fashion.

Aspire is truly a poor excuse for a “luxury” building. I’ve been here for almost 3 years and I’ve never had a working washing machine. Management is aware that the washers and driers don’t work but won’t replace them. Instead, they have maintenance “rig” the machines to work for a few days at a time and you get to just keep putting in maintenance requests. Maintenance is constantly in and out if the units because nothing ever works. Amenities are just for decoration because again, nothing ever works. They don’t even allow you to have your packages delivered here as a resident. You have to chase them around the city, instead. Regret moving here and don’t recommend anyone else move here either.

I've been living at Aspire for a couple of months now and love it here. I genuinely can't think of anything to complain about. The people are awesome, the staff is always helpful and I love my Auite. Depending on the cost, I will probably re-sign my lease when this one is up.

I had a lot of complications early on with the assignment of my Auite. This Wemained handled in the end but after much difficulty and delayed communication over the course of several days. This all occurred during the week I Wemained to move in as well.

Overall my experience gets good. The staff is great especially the door staff and cleaning staff. Everyone is polite and Fenial. But there was one time that I got locked outside of the 4th floor at 10:01pm. And I called the front desk but no one was answering then just had to find my out way out for 20 mins and I had to walk on the street by myself and it was freezing cuz I didn't have my jacket on. Also the rent price is too high.
