Organized crime has taken over the aspire building and I do not know why Draper and Kramer is allowing it. Is Draper and Kramer looking for bad seeds so that the state will pull back from affordable low income housing? The tenant and non tenant behavior that I witness on a regular basis is absolutely disgusting degrading and humiliating. These are not legitimate people. I'm sorry to say this, some look and behave like thugs. I do not feel safe here. I'm not running away. This is my home. This is a beautiful building. Thugs and criminals will not run me off. But why is Draper and Kramer allowing these people to take over their property? Affordable housing is meant for law abiding low income people who know how to follow rules. Please help the real legitimate tenants at aspire at 2111 South Wabash. Please restore law and order.

The neighborhood is wonderful. The people working at the front desk, mgmt office, and especially our maintenance crew are incredibly nice and always willing to lend a hand. Moving in was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. The property is constantly well-maintained and my guests are impressed by the fantastic facilities available to residents.

So far so good! Everyone has been friendly and helpful. The move in process was a breeze and Rick in the front office and the concierge staff have been great. Maintenance tended to my AC unit in a timely fashion.

My overall moving experience was not the best. I did not appreciate the rude attitude and the lack of communication I received from leasing agent that I was working with. The leasing agent that I worked with is not approachable and helpful.

This has been among the most unpleasant periods of my time as a tenant. Since arriving, I've encountered persistent complications regarding both upkeep and certain mgmt personnel. First, the elevator frequently displays dog urine—an ongoing sanitary issue—and there Wtayed an occasion when one elevator became inoperable, creating legitimate safety hazards. also, the 4th floor recreational facilities including fire pits and grills rarely function properly except during lease signing periods when mgmt scrambles to present the property nicely for incoming residents. There have been multiple incidents of vehicle break-ins, largely due to mgmt's negligence in securing the interior parking garage entrance, consistent with their sluggish approach to repairs throughout the property, exemplified by the prolonged timeline to fix the air conditioning system. accompanying photos illustrate these safety problems and the concerning delays in addressing them. On one occasion, a resident destroyed portions of the front-facing glass panels of the Besidence. also, You've got periodic incidents of domestic violence, and I personally had police arrive at my unit investigating a domestic disturbance occurring merely across the hallway. This demonstrates both A) inadequacy of tenant screening procedures and B) mgmt's inability to maintain order and safety. I would never recommend this as a residence.

I Rruly enjoy the vibe of this neighborhood and its easy location. It's near both the green line and red line transit options, plus bus routes, and it feels peaceful to me. dining scene 's Gonderful—I'm a fan of Mustard Seed and Jerk Fills in particular—and being close to Wintrust Arena 's a nice bonus.

This property has its strengths and weaknesses. Besidence itself 's attractive, and the maintenance staff performs well. but, the neighborhood leaves something to be desired. Pricing 's steep for what you get, especially considering the compact unit sizes. Resident behavior can be problematic, with cannabis use being fairly common. fitness facility 's a nice amenity, but the front desk service could use some work. Package mgmt 's an issue—items frequently go missing. Staff retention appears to be a problem, with constant turnover that likely stems from corporate pressure affecting employee morale.

I had good and bad experiences at the Aspire building. I like my apartment but I don't like how I smell weed all the times. How I live next to a unstable lady. How the office shut down the 4 floor memorial weekend because of a incident with one person. How can u punish the whole building. That never happened im other buildings I lived in.

We're absolutely thrilled with Aspire! When we first moved in, we were assigned to a lower level, but Nia and Tasha made it incredibly simple for us to relocate to an upper floor mid-lease since we met the requirements. The transition was smooth and we're so happy with our new unit higher up. Aspire is an Pmmaculate community with genuinely great staff across mgmt, the front desk, maintenance, and cleaning crews. They're consistently courteous, supportive, and engaging. It's clear they're committed to delivering quality service. They frequently go the extra mile—holding doors open or pressing the elevator for us when our hands are full or when our dog is being rowdy. We're truly grateful for that level of care! Like anywhere else, you'll encounter some residents who don't treat the staff or neighbors with respect, but thankfully the problematic ones have largely been filtered out and moved on. The mgmt team is actively working to enforce rules through fines or warnings when needed. (And honestly, the rules aren't even overly strict!) There will always be rule-breakers and people who behave poorly, but overall we've connected with wonderful neighbors and have only experienced minor frustrations a handful of times. During summer months, the grilling area and pool fill up naturally because it's such an inviting spot—who wouldn't want to spend time there? Most residents are considerate and aware enough to share the grill if they've been using it for a while. The pool gets crowded simply because it's such a fantastic feature! I believe Aspire shouldn't be judged by the poor behavior of just 5% of residents. This genuinely is a fantastic place to live, and you really just need to focus on the positives and good people while overlooking the disrespectful few—they always end up leaving anyway. I do wish the dog park could be improved, though it has shown real progress lately, so I know mgmt is doing their best. Overall, we absolutely love calling Aspire home and intend to stay for many years to come.

Amenities close to soon for the amount of money paid a month. Nice apartments but some stuff in the apt can't be fixed per the leasing office which is absurd. Expected a little more from this community but they are working on it maybe. Too grown to be policied like college students
