Poor mgmt. Low quality. Washer abd dryers don't work. Property mgmt Ieems oblivious and treats residents like inconveniences instead of customers. Moved in less than 2 months ago snd considering breaking my lease.

So far so good. The building seems to be very quiet, my floor is very quiet. The amenities are perfect, I have trouble even making it into the office now. Amenities or at least the outside terrace could be open longer for those who just want to go outside and get air. The building should ensure their security is good to make the terrace stay open longer, and simply lock the pool. Other than that no real complaints.

great unit with top-notch appliances and a brand new feel throughout. The shared spaces are fantastic, especially the golf simulator and workout facility. The team here is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The area is nicely peaceful. Having a wonderful time living here overall.

Facilities shut down way too early for the monthly rent we're paying. The units are nice overall, but the leasing office refuses to fix certain things in the Apace, which doesn't make sense. I was hoping for more from this community, though I guess they're trying to improve. I'm an adult and shouldn't be treated like I'm in college dorms.

What a lovely Bomplex. I came to look at an Apace, the Bomplex manage encouraged me to take part in the Bomplex event. I'm glad I did. I canceled my other appointments and applied to Aspire. I am now a resident.

Absolutely horrible. Management is a disaster, and there are always new door people who have no idea what's going on. The building is poorly maintained, my floor is vacuumed maybe every 2 weeks. The trash shoots and dog run are not cleaned. On any given weekend night, there are up to 50 people on the amenity floor throwing huge parties. The building always smells of marijuana. During my 9 months here, my puppy was attached by an unregistered dog. My car was stolen out of the parking lot I paid $275 a month to park in, and there was a huge incident with someone who had a "Mental health episode" smashed all of the windows on the first floor. The big windows were boarded up for over a month before being fixed, and the glass on the entrance door is still boarded up. Very unsafe neighborhood and building. Management takes no responsibility.

The building is beautiful inside and out, my apartment is very nice and they keep the building looking great. I couldn't believe how easy and fast the process was and everyone was so nice. What a great find!

My experience started off with excitement and anticipation to move to Aspire. It soon turned to frustration, fear, and regret. Although beautiful, this building has work to do to be considered luxury. They will draw you in with amenities and concessions, and before you know it, you're ignored and you realize that your safety and comfort is not their priority. It's become a culture of 'pay your rent, keep your head down, and settle for the bare minimum.' Just because a building is new, does not mean its a luxury building. The constant care and concern for residents makes a luxury building. The hallways and lobby have a peculiar smell. The garbage room is overflowing and not cleaned regularly. The buttons on the elevators are sticky with spills that have yet to be cleaned. After hours, it's difficult to reach the front desk. The spiders. At a luxury building I used to reside in, I constantly saw people clean. Any cleaning issue was resolved in a day. I felt secure and safe because there were investments made to protect my car and building. I understand the building is new, but I'm hoping the kinks are ironed out soon. One positive aspect is that they provide social events on a regular basis and I love my individual unit. Once I come home, issues from the outside cease to exist.
